Any food no matter how it is ordered will take forever to come out. You'll be lucky if something in the order hasn't been done incorrectly, and if the person delivering it to your vehicle, doesn't look like they hate their life. This might be the very worst location I have ever been to in the state. I don't know what exactly is going wrong with this location but until things change, I will not return. read more

The service was slow, and the food was disgusting. I recommend going for a longer drive to visit the Sonic in Glenpool. Tonight, I ordered two Sonic Smasher combos. The toys and cheese sticks were fine, as they were likely premade products the employees heated up. I had ordered our meals through the app and arrived within a couple minutes of my expected order readiness. My order wasn't delivered for another 12 minutes. When the server did arrive they were surly. I took our meals home and we tried to eat the smash burgers, but they were so dry and rancid that we had to spit them out and throw the food away. It was like they hadn't cleaned the grill in a week and served us burger patties that had been sitting on the grill so long that they dried out and became a mealy, disgusting mess. read more

The whole point of a drive through is so that you can easily get the food and get going. We have been seating in the drive through lane for 18 minutes now- and no update on our order. If you want to wait 35 minutes food your food, every visit and them get it wrong every visit then this is the Sonic for you. Was great when Jessica was the manager but over the last 2 years they aren't even worth the trip. Go to McDonalds instead. read more

The night manager is like a light in the dark, I exclusively eat at night because of the way he makes me feel.

Expect to wait a while for your food even if they are not that busy. By far one of the slowest sonics I've been to. Most of the staff seems like young kids so communication isn't their best virtue. read more

The new overnight crew does NOT know how to properly make a meal. Twice now this past week I've gone and gotten a simple bacon cheese burger and mozzarella sticks. Both times my burger has come without bacon and my cheese sticks are EMPTY because of how over cooked they are. Every single one of my large order, which is about $6 wasted.
