Located in a busy area, they do have a good amount of parking and it is easy to get to. The parking lot is crowded but reasonably easy to maneuver through. We got there in early afternoon but it was still pretty crowded. The line ended just as you entered the doors. It took about 5-7 minutes to be able to place our to-go order and then you need to move to the side to wait for your food. The workers were hustling so we had no complaints about the wait time. One of the managers was running food out to customers and quite a few were complaining about the wait time. He did his best to calm them while still getting the food out of the kitchen as quickly as possible. We received our food in about 10 minutes after ordering. When we returned home we realized we did not receive the correct order. We had only ordered a burger and fries but received two burgers and fries, as well as an additional order of fries. When they brought the food to us we confirmed it was the right ticket, but somehow they included more than we ordered. This was to our advantage, so no complaints, but there is concern the ticket was placed on the incorrect order and someone else got less than they ordered. As for the food, it was pretty good. The burgers were hot off the grill and the fries were piping hot. The service was friendly even as other customers were complaining. Since this place is new I assume it will get better as they gain experience and work out the few kinks. For now, they deserve some grace as they still are putting out a decent product for a decent price. read more

What a mess - the parking situation, that is. Because of two drive-through windows, several of the parking slots were coned-off as no vehicle could back out once it drove in because the two lines blocked it. Why the dining area inside was closed on the Friday we visited is a mystery.Vehicles wrapped around the building waiting for a chance to order at the windows. So until the novelty wears off or some other factor changes, the accessibility rates a 2. Now to the food, that rates a solid 4.5. We each ordered a regular Whataburger with all the trimmings: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and a smattering of onions on an oversized bun with an oversized beef patty. YUM indeed. For a little under $6.50 each, it's a deal. My spouse also indulged in a blackberry milkshake made with Dr. Pepper and ice cream.. Definitely novel and delicious, he said. Well, it's fast food burger. Everyone has their own taste; often it depends on what you grew up on. I grew up in Texas and was rather shocked it took me this long to get to a Whataburger now that they expanded into east TN. This location is small, but had plenty of seating at lunchtime today. Ordering is easy; you wait and they bring the food to you (after you serve yourself a fountain drink in HUGE cups!). Staff also brings ketchup and other condiments, and asks what you need, so it's a bit better serviced than most fast-food places. The burger and fries were good....I've had better of both of course, but for fast food, very good and very good price for the combo. I like the whataburger simplicity...it's really a basic, normal burger. I do wish they served the whataburger breakfast lineup all day! read more

I was beyond pleased with my experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and the burgers were really tasty. . There were two of us both orders were correct and the fries were fresh. It's hard for burgers to "stand out" but these did. Wait time was minimum for fresh grub. I'll be back. read more

Stopped in a few weeks after opening. We have been to other locations around Nashville. The food is good. This location is smaller inside for seating. This may be because it is new but I think it might be an ongoing problem is parking and getting out that parking. DO NOT, DO NOT park on the side of this building. The store has two drive thru lanes that lead into one. You will have difficulty getting out. They currently are using armed security, not sure why armed security, to help with this. They don't really know what they are doing. Park in the front, but it still could be difficult to get out depending on the time of day. Chic fil a drive thru they are not. read more

My first impression of this place on opening week was not good, however we decided to give it another shot and I'm glad we did. The parking/drive thru line situation is an actual nightmare but thankfully they have a very friendly and polite security guard outside directing traffic to help with flow (brilliant). They have 2 drive thru lines which were very long, and it did take quite some time to get up to order. Once you order, you have to zipper merge to get to the pay station which is where they could use some additional help because it appears that a lot of people aren't smart enough to do this. As soon as you survive the drive thru/ ordering/ merging/ paying situation, then you pull up to a final spot to get your food; this also took a bit of time. The staff must know this because everyone is incredibly friendly. Once we finally got our food, it was delicious. The burgers are quite large and are wide and thin, which I much prefer. I couldn't eat all of mine because I also couldn't stop shoving fries in my face. They were hot, nicely salted, and tasted fresh. Because I'm a glutton, I also got a blackberry Dr. pepper milkshake - also excellent. Overall, we were satisfied enough to say we will go back. It's unfortunate that there is not a better solution to the long line and wait time but hopefully that issue sorts itself out over time. read more

The food is pretty good but the service is hit or miss. The last two times I tried ordering online through the app, I had hoped to be able to pull up to the window and just pick up my order. All I had was a pattymelt combo(burger, fries, and a drink) and yet the past two times I've wasted nearly half of my hour lunch break waiting to receive my order. The first time they told me to pull forward and wait, but after waiting and seeing the next 3 cars pull away with their orders (with multiple items too) I went inside. Idk if they just forgot about me or what but they had it pretty quickly then. The last time they started giving me the wrong order and seemed lost even though I had given my name and said it was an online order. I sat in line from 12:37 all the way to 1:07 and never received my food I eventually had to walk out due to going to be late going back to work with no food and not having enough time to receive a refund . I Watched countless people with dine in orders receive their food several times as they came in and I still sat there waiting for my order asked about it twice only to be told I'll go check on it and then they walk out of the back with someone else's food and don't even acknowledge me. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so every minute counts for some people and when all I get is something as simple as a #1 cheeseburger and fries it shouldn't take 40 mins to make/accomodate. I don't even understand how they are functioning. We were in the drive thru for 45 minutes and then told to park for an additional 15 minutes to wait after we had paid. Well first let me say my wife and I are from Texas and have been to many whataburgers and we do think they are awesome. Now to this particular whataburger, this is our second time here, the first time we couldn't get in because of how crowded it was. The logistics of navigating this restaurant is a nightmare between parking and double drive thru lines. The site is way too small. They need to take a lesson from chikfilet on how to navigate long lines. So now to our ordering and dining experience. We decided to go inside as drive thru was hopping. There were 8-10 people on line but it still went out the door because the place is the size of a postage stamp. There was 1 cashier and she was doing double duty at times which took her from the register. We put our order in and managed to get a small table to eat. Given how busy it was our food came out pretty quickly which was nice. My wife ordered the whataburger meal and the burger was amazing but the fries were undercooked they lacked a crisp that makes fries so good. I ordered the double on texas toast but sadly it was regular sandwich bread not thick at all and quickly disintegrated from the juicy burgers, still good I just had to eat it quickly and my fries were also underwhelming. In summary whataburger will have to up their game if they want to be successful in Tennessee read more
