Our friends introduced us to Bit Burger. We all went to celebrate our girls' last day of school this year and this was the place to be. It's reminds me of an 80s nostalgic shop with all the little guys and memorabilia lining the walls. Being older, I recognized many of the characters and games. They even had Bubble Bobble - this game with two cute little dinosaurs who blow bubbles and trap baddies, killing them by popping the bubbles. My sister and I loved that game as kids. The button for Bob to blow bubbles was broken, but Bub worked fine. I got to level 32 alone, but I bet we could have beaten the game with two players! The arcade games are free and the burgers are delicious. They are small but you can get a double. We got a Bowser that came with jalapeños and it was really good. My 11yo loved her hotdog with cheese and tater tots while my 9yo got chicken strips and fries (they are waffle fries). The food all tasted fresh and came out hot. My mom and mother-in-law who were with us, said they liked their burgers as well. We also got the cheese curds and those were yummy too! We ended up getting a cookies 'n cream milkshake after we ate even thought we had ice cream after their awards... it was good too! The service was quick and the ladies bringing our food were nice. I ordered on the app for the burgers and at the register for the milkshake. I was distracted by the games and didn't get pictures of our delicious food! We had a kids table (the 4 kids sat at a booth together) and then the adults sat at the back, 4 at one table and 2 at the one next to it since the tables were smaller but we did not mind. We will definitely be back. From 9-70+, all ages enjoyed our dinner there.

Pros: Burgers themselves were good and reasonably priced. Fun themes on the food and pretty tasty. Retro atmosphere with FREE arcade games to play. Cons: Everything is done at the table. You look at the menu, scan a QR code put your order in yourself, you pay yourself, you don't get any follow up on the order yourself (nobody checks on you during your meal) and they still expect a 18% default tip on your order. ‍ We enjoyed the food overall but even with putting a note of "extra crispy fries" on my order they didn't come out crispy. At all. I let them know and they were very polite about it but it took forever to get new fries. I almost gave up. We got our dessert before my new fries. When I asked about them I was told they have a lot of orders right now. Well... Ok, but you expedite an order that is messed up normally. We'd possibly be back if we're in the neighborhood but I'd definitely prefer to order with a live human to make sure my order is done correctly as well as get some quality follow up while we're eating.

A hidden gem nestled away in Knoxville! If you're looking for a flashback into your 90s childhood or would like your kids to hear stories from your childhood, this is the place to come. The ambiance of this place screams just that! Nostalgia mixed with great food and shakes, I couldn't think of a better time. The burgers were really good and well cooked. The fries were taste and the shakes were amazingly presented. The service isn't like it would be in a 5 star restaurant, but to be honest I was glad it wasn't. It was my time for flashbacks and Pokémon reruns.

Ordered the six piece of chicken tenders with onion rings as my side. The tenders are tender but it's lacking flavor, very greasy. The onion rings taste like beer battered, didn't have the onion flavor if that makes sense. Could'nt taste the onion for the beer batter, which the online order gal failed to tell me they were beer battered I would'nt have chosen those for my side. Wouldn't order those again. Will be back to try the burger

What' a cool place. We loved the fun decor with posters and toys everywhere. The food was great and the milkshakes were delicious. However what really shined through it all was how friendly the staff is. One gal walked us over to token game tavern since we'd never been there. She was so nice and really went above and beyond what's expected. I'll be going back soon!

Review #300 - woot! Strong 4.5 out of 5 here, after several trips of frequenting. +1.5 - Food and Drink - love pretty much anything that is ordered from here (you also get this same food delivered over to Token as well), faves are definitely any shake and burger! +1 - Atmosphere - lots of nostalgia for those who had an appreciation for what we now call Retro or Vintage video games / arcade games, so it works for me +1 - Parking - lots of it, and near some other stops in the area, so it's great +1 - Cleanliness - Been clean or being cleaned just about every time we're in, so it's nice to not have someone else's milkshake stickiness sticking on the table, thanks! Definitely go!

Pretty good smash burgers. Hidden in a plaza so it was hard to find. Glad we found it because they are delicious!

It's definitely a nice getaway in Knoxville for those that like to game in a lively environment and enjoy time with friends and family. And on top of that, it's also great that this and the other parts of the same chain (Bit Burger, Space Bar) are near each other in the same area as well. Makes for a lot of great food service for what you can order (that will be similar at the other spots). The staff has always been (10+ visits) nice and responsive to any requests. The drinks are fun but I like to personally stick to some snacking. I have found the buffalo wraps and mini hot dogs to be the ticket. The pinball machines have a lot of variety and art to admire in them. There are also other board and video game options for those that don't like pinball. I know you'll see us there - so definitely say hi! SYOY!

The corn dogs were fine but likely frozen. The salsa with the chips felt canned. I didn't try the other food but did order a burger from next door Bit Burger with an extra service charge. I ordered the Mega Man, a burger with cheddar, caramelized onions and white BBQ sauce. I didn't taste much of the white sauce and thought the side potato salad was okay, but I did like that they make them smash burgers. As a boba fan I also ordered one of the poppin sodas so that was fun. Overall Token Tavern is a fun place to go with a group of geeks like myself!

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.
