Did exactly what they contracted to do with no problems whatsoever. Vicky provided great service. Will use them again.

To say I was anxious is an understatement. Every bad thought was going through my head. Every movie about a plane crash, every news article about a small plane or seaplane accident, every worst case scenario you can imagine. I was honestly questioning my life choices and wondering why I had agreed to do this. The first reason was my daughter. She flew with Harbour Air from Vancouver to Seattle, and she has the same flying anxiety that I do. She absolutely loved it and kept telling me, "Mom, you have to try it!" The second reason was that my friend and I only had 24 hours in Victoria. I didn't want to spend half the day driving to the ferry terminal, waiting, taking the ferry, and doing the whole process all over again on the way back. We wanted to maximize our time, so we decided to be brave and go for it. Honestly, right up until boarding, I was thinking about turning around and calling it a day. I had my noise-canceling AirPods ready, my anxiety was at a solid 100%, and I was trying not to panic. Luckily, I met a lovely lady who ended up becoming a friend, and she gave me a few tips to help when my anxiety started kicking in. The flight from Seattle to Victoria was honestly wonderful. The weather was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the pilot was a young gentleman who was an absolute sweetheart. Smooth takeoff, smooth flight, smooth landing. I couldn't have asked for a better first seaplane experience. The flight back was a little different. We had an older pilot, there was some fog leaving Victoria, and it was a bit rougher than the first flight. But that's weather, not the airline. We landed safely, and that's what matters. I also have to give a shout-out to the staff in both Seattle and Victoria. Every single person we dealt with was super nice, super chill, professional, patient, and helpful. Nobody made me feel silly for being nervous, and their calm attitude definitely helped. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would I be nervous again? Probably. Would I still do it? 100%. The views alone are worth it. The time savings are worth it. And for someone who spent half the trip thinking about all the things that could go wrong, I ended up really enjoying it. So if you're anxious about flying on a seaplane like I was, take it from someone whose imagination is way too active you'll probably be just fine. And yes, I would do it again.

They provide an all-in-one vacation…read moreexperience with world-class entertainment, diverse dining options, and the chance to explore multiple destinations--all at an incredible value. Some of us were first-time cruisers, and the others had experience on other cruise lines. My partner, his family, our friends and I had decided on a 7-day Alaskan Cruise on the Norwegian Bliss departing from Seattle with stops in Sitka, Juneau, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan, and Victoria, BC (to comply with a 100-year-old law) from 8pm to midnight. We had balcony rooms on Deck 10. We were blessed to have good weather with some sunshine sans rain. The Norwegian Bliss is the biggest ship we have ever sailed on. There was no chance to be bored on this massive 20-story liner. From the swimming pools, water slides, impressive go-kart track, and numerous activities to the varied, as well as many, food and beverage outlets scattered all over the ship. We enjoyed the entertainment of Brent and Sarah's magic show, the comedy show of Chris Bower with Clint Jackson, and Trina Johnson. There were so many people on board, as it's peak season. I also had an opportunity to reconnect with an ex-coworker from the travel agency after close to 30 years. Our steward, Edwin, introduced himself on the first day and took care of us and the cabin. The staff overall was consistently cheerful, friendly, and helpful, especially our greeter, Cherry, at the buffet. The port stops were well worth the trip on the Inside Passage. My only critique was the Ketchikan dock. One's docked 7 miles from town, and that puts a time crunch on the excursions. One needs to factor in 30 mins each way of shuttle transportation. However, the Ketchikan port shopping terminal is massive, and wait until this port to shop. Overall we had a wonderful, memorable experience.

I must say that it was the smoothest & easiest embarkation and disembarkation that I've ever experienced. We stayed the night before at the Marriott, and for good reason. All we had to do was roll our luggage across the street and walk to the second building. The line formed right at the main entrance as luggage was being picked up curbside by a porter. Easy peasy! Returning was even better. We filled out the Port Valet form making sure that all the flight information was correct. We received our airline boarding passes and luggage tags 2 nights before disembarkation. The bag that you leave outside of your stateroom the night before will be picked up and checked into the airline automatically. You don't see it until you get to your destination. You don't even need to check-in at the airport. It's so convenient, and it's complimentary. I don't know of any other port that has this service. I could be wrong. The process for disembarkation was very organized. We wore our stickers identifying us as Port Valet & Airport Transfer. The port authority staff guide you every step of the way. The facial recognition process went well, and we were in line for our airport transfer in no time. Would I do it all again? Absolutely!! They make cruising to Alaska so carefree. Not a worry in the world.

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable…read more I had a terrible experience trying to book transportation with this company. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
