Having a teenager overseas is a bit nerve wracking to begin with but when flights needed to be shuffled around we were left with the wrong information about which flight our son was on and never received an update from SECHRIST with the correct final flight information. We were needed to drive 2.5 hours to the airport to drive 5 people home and did not have a flight number or time. We had to call the school who contacted the choir director still in Italy to receive this information. Upon leaving a fair review that stated the good things SECHRIST did and this problem, we received a nasty email from Sean that was extremely rude and unprofessional telling us how we should feel about not knowing exactly where in the world our teenager was. One should be careful about working with him if you are not planning to be all sunshine and rainbows for him or if you expect to have accurate information about when your child is arriving home so you can plan to be there to pick them up on time.

The Passion Play was awesome. But that was the only good things about the tour. We had to walk for blocks and blocks in the rain one night for dinner because the bus driver had left. Not fun for most of the elderly on the tour. What? More schnitzel?? We tried to contact them about our experience but was never able to connect with anyone.
