He gave me his personal cell and told me that he was available even during the evening and weekends if I had questions or problems. Great service, great products and great price....a winning combination in any business. I highly recommend them. We went down to pick up the table saw and they loaded it and helped me secure it even though I was there just before closing. Probably the best selection in the state too. It took us awhile to find this place with the GPS, although we were in the vicinity and took some…read morewrong turns..our fault. My husband happened to see the huge sign by the highway and then found it immediately. It is located in a sort of strip mall, which we weren't expecting. There's a huge parking lot and we easily found a spot up front as there wasn't many cars here at all. We came looking for a generator specifically. We saw a couple of cashiers in position by the registers talking and on our way back looking for where the generators were located, we also saw a young man putting up stock. No one greeted us or asked us if we needed help. The building is quite large so it would've been nice to have some help. We found all the generators on the west wall and the Perfect one we was looking for. They were all locked up and so my daughter and took off to find that young man to help us. It looked like there no other customers in the whole building. When we finally found him he had to go find another person with the key. So this process went a little slower than expected. Once the key carrier arrived he helped us get the heavy generator up the front counter where no one bothered to talk to us. They seemed sort of rude I thought. They gave us the amount and we paid. No one even offered to help us get it out to the vehicle. So my husband got it out with one of their carts and loaded it himself. Where has customer service gone? I know we'll probably be back because of the good prices here but next time I hope they work on the service.

Became rude and placed me on hold without saying she was going to do so. Then presumed to pick the phone back up after some time with the same tone and attitude. After seeing various low ratings and similar experiences from other customers, no wonder the ratings are low. Not sure how they stay open with terrible customer service. To any of you that has done such, different colors and such make multiple trips to the store. I was so pleased with the availability/help of the Paint department's employees, that I would drive from Moore instead of using Moore's Home Depot. They always had what I needed and were ready to help mix paint/ suggest advice. Fast forward to today, I stopped by Lowe's to get some stain for a project. Chose Lowe's due to rush hour and the construction making Home Depot hard to get to. Bad choice, Lowe's didn't have the color I wanted and wouldn't have any for 2-3 days. Decide to fight traffic to go to my trusty Home Depot and guess what... They had a full shelf of quart stains! Had every color option that was listed on their display example. My stop was quick and painless. While walking back to the front of the store, I had two employees verify I was not in need of assistance. Once to the self checkout, the girl overseeing was very friendly and again wanted to verify I found everything I needed. Very positive experience shopping today!

Always filthy..... . My hand came out the store covered in black soot from shopping.. filthy.. level 10 filth.. unbelievable filth
