This place instantly calms me and makes me want to buy everything. It was always smells so good due to the Wildberry Incenses that are in abundance. Came in for the "Memphis as FXCK"stickers and with luck, there were 3 left and course, we bought all 3. The staff was really friendly and have been very helpful in the past when needed. My husband and I swear by this store. Visit probably weekly for our cigarette rolling supplies. Only problem we ever had was an air freshener we bought had a faulty spray nozzle and that was a clear manufacturing error. Love the staff and the prices. read more

Selections OK people are friendly but, I am giving it two stars because I bought a new tip for a vapor pen got it home and the coil wouldn't work. They have a no exchange and no return policy all sales are final. So I just blew my money. Which I can understand no exchange on a pipe or something you break it o well but this is an electronic device that didn't work fresh out of the box a notice saying all sales final would be nice. I'm sorely disappointed. Check your items before leaving. read more

this is probably the best tobacco shop in town that doubles as a gift shop. if you're just looking for quality glass, go to young avenue glass (east of cooper on young). it has better glass for better prices. however, whatever does offer a wide selection of merchandise (smoking related and otherwise) and the staff is pretty friendly. they have a lot of posters and other gift type stuff some people expect to find in a store like this. if you're living in the university area, this is a pretty good place to go. If you're in midtown, stick to Young Avenue Glass. read more

Someone said this was the best head shop in Memphis and if that's the truth then that's sad. :( I am from a very small town and I've seen better head shops than this. The staff was friendly and it was a cool shop but there was nothing special about this place. Just the usual incense, pipes, tools, tie dyed stuff. The parking could be kind of a challenge for some people. read more

I have been a patron of the Whatever shop on Highland for years. Their new location (just a few doors down on Highland) is excellent, more space and a cleaner feel. If you're looking for a good vape store, don't even waste your time at this store. The name describes perfectly how these people feel about vaping. The juice selection is tiny and not stocked well. There are no samples. Everything is VERY expensive. There are no house blends. Nobody behind the counter even knows the juice selections well enough to make recommendations. Simply put, these people don't vape, and they have no passion for it either. You'd probably have a better experience in a gas station. read more

First of all, the worker who helped me was acting as though my business was bothersome to him. When I would ask questions he gave only vague answers and he had no useful information. Either I knew more than he did or he just didn't care. Either way that's bullshit. Secondly, all of the pieces you can buy here are overpriced and made in china. Thirdly, with major hesitation I bought a torch here. I got the worker's word that it was a quality torch and I would have no troubles with it. Once again I was disappointed in my purchase, not only was the torch over priced but it's a hassle to work with. It doesn't turn off when it's supposed to and you have to take apart the whole bottom half of the torch just to fill it. Unless you get a special refill from Home Depot. Can't just get a refill from Walmart anymore it doesn't fit. JUST SOME THINGS YOU COULD'VE INFORMED YOUR COSTUMERS ABOUT. Overall, not great quality, bad service, and over priced.
