This lesson was mostly Vietnamese and Thai focused, which is exactly what I was looking for. But she made it clear that she can do other Asian styles such as Szechuan and Japanese. A friend referred Chef Rachel Lori to assist us with this challenge. It has been an amazing experience. She comes every few weeks, prepares some food that we can keep in the fridge to eat that week, and then stocks our freezer with delicious, organic meal options for the following week. I no longer have to rely on takeout or fast food to fill in the gaps - which is a huge money saver for us. As a bride, choosing and trusting vendors is stressful, especially for something as important as food. Christina was incredibly competent, professional (yet still personable), and communicative leading up to and during the event, which eased all of my worries.
