It is really refreshing to find an honest and highly skilled team at reasonable prices and I highly recommend. Dave is a great communicator and kept me informed on progress obtaining the parts. Not only is it great value for money, they are very honest and reliable as well as very nice people - and they really don't want you to spend more money than absolutely necessary. We have pitched up quite a few times with minor problems, eg not being able to change a blown headlight bulb, and they have sorted it straight away. Very loyal to their repeat customers. Made to wait to speak to a member of staff on arrival as they answered the phone rather than welcome me. Returned as planned. Car had not been moved from where I parked it three hours earlier. The excuse that was given was that another repair over-ran that should only have taken an hour (no attempt to contact me to let me know of the delay had been made). The was no mention of any future discount to balance the inconvenience caused, if I chose to rebook. Despite the multitude of 'sirs' addressed to me throughout, I didn't really feel respected...Chose not to book in again! Will avoid Halfords Autocentre from now on.
