Went in and all I can say is that I wish they were honest people. Guy told me 3 of my wheels were bent, when only 1 of them was.

Driving in construction sites is a risk factor for flats as well, as is general Miami traffic. (Yes I love my city, yes I hate its traffic!) When your car needs work, be prepared to blow more money than at Club Liv :) This last time, I came to Falcon Tire since it's much closer to my office. I appreciate the fact that Luis, my sales rep, even offered to measure the tread to show the damage and which ones need to be replaced. They even tested the brake and rear lights in front of me to prove they had been replaced. For that extra step they get 5 stars. From what Luis showed, it made sense to change all 4 tires. He reviewed the different price options for me to decide. I also like the fact their warranty covers two quick fixes per tire (with reasonable exclusions). Since I was coming up on 6,000 miles I went ahead and had my oil changed as well as tire alignment, and the light bulbs. The waiting area was pretty clean, and a few comfortable chairs and a coffee machine. Their credit card has a 6 month no interest promotion for the extent of the repair work I needed.

Installation and Alignment was $20 per tire which is pretty reasonable because competitors like Costco charge $25 per tire for installation. The only reason that I took away a star was because when I came to the store to order the tires the clerk told me that the driver should deliver the tires within an hour and they would call me when their ready but I went home and waited two hours and a half before I decided to call them myself (nobody called me within an hour like they said) and after I called them they said that the tires just got there and that I could come in to get them installed. I dont know if they would have called me if I didnt call them first but they took two hours and a half instead of one hour to deliver the tires.

No words can describe the poor experience I had at this location. ( employee names of this Hisleah…read morestore are not added to not escalate it negatively towards an employee who possibly was just having a bad day) Approximately 40 days ago, I purchased a set of four brand-new Goodyear tires and had them installed by Goodyear. After less than 170 miles of driving, one of the tires developed what appears to be a sidewall bubble. I am a very cautious driver, have had no accidents, struck no potholes that I'm aware of, and immediately went to the nearest Goodyear location on 08/06/2026 at approximately 4:05 PM to have the tire inspected. From the moment I walked in, I was told to sit down and wait for assistance. While I understand businesses can get busy, I waited over 30 minutes before anyone even asked why I was there. During that entire time, there were two employees at the front desk who appeared unoccupied. One stated he was busy, while the other never acknowledged my presence. Once I was finally helped, I explained the issue. The employee came outside to inspect my tire and, before performing any meaningful inspection, immediately concluded that I was responsible for the damage. He repeatedly stated that "the only way something like this happens is if the driver caused it" and that I should have purchased the road hazard protection. I asked if he could honestly determine whether this was a manufacturing defect instead of driver-caused damage, considering the tire had less than 170 miles of use. Rather than answering my question, he insisted it was my fault but said he needed my purchase invoice before he could proceed. I asked what the invoice would change regarding the inspection or determination, but he simply told me to continue waiting until it arrived. After waiting several more minutes with no update, I asked whether it would be better for me to contact Goodyear Customer Service directly to begin a claim since I had already been waiting for quite some time without receiving any clear answers. His response was that I could call if I wanted, but again insisted that the damage was my fault. Interestingly, the moment I reached a representative with Goodyear Customer Service, the store suddenly had my invoice available and was finally ready to assist me. After making me wait another 30 minutes simply to obtain an invoice, I was told exactly what I had already informed them from the beginning--that I had purchased the tires on the date I stated but had not purchased road hazard protection. I was then told there was nothing the store could do and that I should simply buy another tire. I explained that I understood I had not purchased the road hazard warranty, but that my concern was whether the tire itself had experienced a possible manufacturing defect after less than 170 miles of normal driving. Rather than addressing that concern, I was again told that I was responsible and that my only option was to purchase another tire. In total, I spent approximately one hour at this location--30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and another 30 minutes waiting for an invoice that ultimately served only to confirm information I had already provided. At no point did I feel that anyone genuinely attempted to investigate whether this could have been a manufacturing issue. Instead, I felt blamed from the very beginning without any objective inspection or willingness to listen. Before leaving, I informed the employee that I intended to leave a detailed review because the customer service I received was one of the worst experiences I've had. This review is not simply about the tire--it's about how customers are treated. Being dismissed, blamed without evidence, and kept waiting for an hour only to be told to buy another tire is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this interaction and provides additional training on customer service and how potential warranty or manufacturing concerns should be handled. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to have legitimate concerns evaluated fairly, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on new tires

However the last time I went, just a few days ago. I first called to inquire about the tire price, I was given attitude over the phone, no big deal, we drove the hour over & we're ready to change the tires. I went around the corner to get a haircut & my girlfriend took the car to the tire shop. When she arrived she said she needed two new tires, & forgot to mention to the guy changing them to rotate the tires. When she did mention it they had already put on the new tires & the guy was visibly & verbally annoyed. He said "you could've told me that before hand" anyways. He proceeded to change the tire, upset & in a rush. & surely enough after driving 1 block away , the tire came off the car while my girlfriend was driving back. When we called the tire shop & explained , he said they will be right over just wait there. After waiting a while the guy finally shows up & didnt even offer so much as an apology for the situation. He came, screwed in the bolts correctly this time & said "there everything's good" Long behold everything was not good. After leaving I immediately noticed my steering wheel was shaking severely even at 20/30 miles & then even worst at 50/60 MPH...we drove an hour down to homestead ; where at a random point in our drive we had to stop, because we could hear a noise coming from the tire. We pull over & check & visually it seemed to be fine, but it was clearly making a noise & the steering wheel was still shaking. So we decided to go to a tire shop in homestead where within 5 min of looking at the tire the new guy told us, yea they didn't balance your tires at all (which is the steering wheel was shaking) & he told us that the tire falling off previously could've damaged where the rotor sits on the brake pads...they took care of us & I pulled off with my car running smoothly. So to summarize. This shop couldn't even change a tire correctly...due to the fact that their employee was having a bad day...thankfully my girlfriend only drove 1 block to the barbershop I was at ...if she would've drove 1 block the other way, she would've got on palmetto highway & the tire would have fell off there...they are playing with peoples lives. & it's truly a shame because this place was my go to. Until this happened.
