Worse tire shop I've ever been to. Seems like they have a scam going on. Might be money laundrying. They worry more about making sure you buy the tire then making sure the tire is put on correctly. However, I observed the service advisors going through options with other customers and offering advice without applying any sales pressure. It appeared to be a collaborative effort to arrive at a consensus that the customer was happy with and could afford. Service is exceptional and fast without sacrificing quality. My vehicle was in and out in less than an hour. The service advisor offered updates and suggestions on future service needs to ensure I was fully informed. He advised me on their menu of routine services (oil changes, brakes, tire rotation, and alignment) and provided me with written documentation and reminders. Very few places do this nowadays. Prices are comparable with other area providers, and in some cases, they beat the competition. The highlight of my visit was the High Five. Got four new tires and alignment done here. Drove off and noticed alignment was off. Brought back and "re-aligned", after driving off noticed alignment was still off. Didn't bother taking it back. The person helping me was having a simultaneous conversation w/ another mechanic and a customer on the phone to the point where I didn't know who he was talking to 80% of the time, the mechanic, person on the phone, myself or the guy next to him. This disturbs me because i am paying top dollar for these tires and come to find out they cost about $100.00 less at the other place. I was there on 5-22-20 for four new tires that I was quoted a price for a couple of days before by Michael. I arrived at 10:00 am and left at 2:00 pm. If you don't have a half day to waste go somewhere else. For me the $44.00 savings was not worth the four hour wait.
