We left them outside overnight and by the next morning, all 3 cars were pummeled with hail damage. Our vehicles were in new and fairly new condition and were originally purchased at a great price. So of course with inflation, buying a new car at that time would not be cost effective. Because of the extensive damage, I wasn't sure they'd be fixable. After lots of research, I came across Sioux Falls PDR. Read the reviews and decide to try them out. Gave them a call, left a message and quickly got a call back from Jack. Jack from the beginning was great. I didn't know where to start or what the process was and he was there to assist us every step of the way. I dropped off my 2021 INFINITI QX80 to jack and he did the rest. Working directly with our insurance company, which was being a complete pain from start to finish. Jack was there to advocate and assist on our behalf. Making sure we got what we needed to repair our vehicle back to how it was prior to the incident. He made sure that any replacement(s) parts needed would be factory original and was very thorough, very meticulous when repairing my vehicle. Jack made this entire process stress free start to finish. FINALLY got to the final stage of finishing my vehicle and hit another roadblock with the insurance company. My 2021 INFINITI QX80 needed to be calibrated after the repairs and our insurance was giving us some push back. They were questioning if a calibration was necessary or needed. Jack was great when explaining to us why this is needed and submitted all the paperwork they needed to get this completed and done right. The insurance company was trying to drag their feet but Jack was always there to make sure they made us a priority and got it done. He educated the insurance adjuster on the Calibration process and why it was needed so for that he would know for future reference. Per google: Calibration ensures that a vehicle's systems are optimized for safety, efficiency, and performance. A vehicle that hasn't been correctly calibrated can have reduced fuel efficiency, a higher likelihood of part failures, or even potential safety risks. I'm glad Jack talked me through this process so that I can have a better understanding going forward for future repairs how important it is. I highly recommend Sioux Falls PDR. You won't be disappointed.

TJ called me and said the cd played I bought and wanted to install wasn't as good as the existing one. He also said the amp with the lowering fairing kit was missing some adapters. When he called in the morning he said another amp was going to be another $250 to install. Really bummed me out. He called me later that day and told me the bike was done and ready for pick up. He fabricated adapters of a car remote kit and saved me from buying another amp and also told me to return the cd deck from where I bought. He could of raked me over the coles but instead he come up with some ingenuity and saved me a bunch of money. Way to go TJ and dashboard by Karls!

I purchased my certified preowned VW Atlas cross sport In July 2025. In August, I found out that a…read morerecall relating to loose bolts in the chase and or braking system had been issued in June 2025 prior to me purchasing the certified pre owned vehicle . I called graham of Sioux Falls right away to schedule the repair. I was encouraged to schedule 3-4 weeks out to ensure a loaner would be available and that service would be ordering the parts right away. I was also reassured by Graham that my vehicle would be safe to drive in the intrum. I scheduled my repair for Oct 3 (almost 6 weeks out) and took a vacation day to come to Sioux Falls For the repair. I was in route to Sioux Falls October 3 when I received a call from the service department telling me all the parts had not come in (this call came in at just before 2pm) and I would have to reschedule mid to late November. I was very concerned about driving the vehicle even longer without the repairs being done but was reassured again by service that it would be safe to drive. An Appointment date was not offered during this call. I called back 6 days later to inquire about an appointment and to ask about the parts. I was told by service that yes all the parts were in but the service department is so busy, they could not get me in until mid to late November. I was very upset that I had already waited a reasonable amount of time for the repair and now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks as well as heightened concerned for the safety of driving the vehicle. Service again reassured me it would be safe to drive. No appointment was offered. So I called back again to speak to the manager. I was given his voicemail by a not so friendly receptionist. I left a message explaining my concerns and dissatisfaction (on Oct 10th). I had not received a call back so I sent an email on Oct 15 to Graham of Sioux Falls explaining this situation, my extreme dissatisfied, and complete surprise by the lack of follow-up and service recovery. I have yet to receive a call back from the service manager or a response from my email or a call to schedule this recall repair work and it is now Oct 20th, just over two months from my initial call. I would also need to schedule another vacation day to bring my car back to Sioux Falls for the repair and now my work schedule is made out through November. This is completely unacceptable. Recall work should be done in a reasonable timely manner and this does not seem like it. Also when I purchased the vehicle, I was told an oil change had been completed. There was a sticker on the windshield stating it had been completed but my vehicle's states that an oil change is over due. Because of this, I would NOT recommend Graham of Sioux Falls.

STAY FAR AWAY! Took in a car with 87k miles with no engine problems and after they worked on it,…read moreit needs a new engine!! We had been customers here for decades for tires. In May we took a car in for tires and had an oil change done. They had to order the air filter so sent our son home to come back later for it. As soon as he left the shop the check engine light came on. Called them and went back. Tech said they forgot to put the old air filter in so he should be fine now. We have had problems since and ultimately it was determined that we need a new engine. Manley is stating that there is NO way they did not put the filter in; they don't make mistakes like that and they have no idea why their employee would have said that but talked to him. The camera footage was already destroyed so they can't show us it was put in either. Had an employee say they were busy and that's when mistakes get made but the owner assures us it didn't happen and as long as that's what he says then it's our problem. Interesting when you read all the errors they make and how they have never filed with the BBB. The owner told us incorrect information regarding his insurance company and then dropped communication. He did file a claim with his insurance, but as long as he stands by it not being their fault then insurance is useless. Had car towed to another shop and video footage shows gouging in the cylinder. I'm not a mechanic but what I have learned is that debris can cause gouging and debris can get in an engine from an air filter being left out so if a car goes in with no issues as confirmed by their diagnostics but leaves with engine problems it seems VERY likely something happened during that service appointment. It seems much less likely that an engine that was fine, had 87k miles just broke down within a couple of miles of leaving their shop coincidentally like the owner is telling us. Absolutely horrible to work with!!
