I do not recommend going to this facility for any repairs for wheelchair lifts, wheelchair vans Disable accessibility buses. The current staff changes are proving to be poorly organized. If it's this hard to get answers how do I know my repairs are going to be done at a satisfactory level. The location is not providing the proper direction needed for the disabled community. We need better representation from competitor companies or need better representation and replacement of current staff. It is unacceptable.

Horrible experience with customer service…read more Do not reserve a scooter from them for a state fair. If for any reason you can't make it they will not refund the deposit and I have seen them at the fair and there are none in reserve. They have plenty and just hope they don't run out or you don't show and get to keep your money. The people at the fair are nice but the people on the customer service line are atrocious.

Open letter to HMTIA rentals at Nebraska State Fair::…read more DISAPPOINTMENT....on Thursday, August 30th, I attended the Nebraska state fair with the intention of renting a vehicle for four hours When I approached the rental booth, three individuals were busy on their phones. I asked to rent a vechile for 4 hours and was politely told to fill out a form but before I even picked up the pen, I was told it would be for only one hour because it was 11 o'clock and the rental time was from 8 to 12. I was surprised and very much diisappointed not only by the "rule" but by the VERY LARGE amount inventory standing idle. I'm happy to say I managed by taking shuttles and was able to save my $40 and from now on, I will rent one locally and tell my friends to do the same. We discussed what I was entitled to for that particular month, and I waited for over two weeks for them to arrive. Having done business with this facility for more than 10 years, I know my supplies don't normally take that long to come. When I called to inquire if my supplies had been ordered, I found out they had not been! There was no apology, no explanation--nothing. The woman I spoke to insisted that I tell her what my issue was when I asked to speak to the person who was supposed to place the order. This violated my HIPAA rights, and I refused to divulge any information. My terrible experience didn't end there. Four days ago, I received a call from Gary in the Mitchell office. After discussing what I was entitled to, he assured me that he would ship out the headgear I needed. Now, four days later, I am still waiting for it to arrive! I'm going to file a formal complaint and will never do business with this office again. I will either call the 1-800 number to order or purchase items from Amazon. This is horrific service!
