I had another Signal Mountain provider first assist me with my A/C unit and they sent some very inexperienced people to add too much Freon to the unit so that it could have caused a complete breakdown. Additionally, I called for them to come out on a different issue they fixed. However, they had to come back a second time for an issue I believe they caused while fixing the first.
