They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!! It took me about an hour to take burner out, clean it, blow it out and put everything back together!! Guess what??? I have Hot Water Now because I fixed it, Not this so called Professional Company!!! Save Your Money And Do NOT Call This Company!!!! I got charged $230 For These Thieves To Tell Me My Hot Water Heater Was Not Working!! LITERALLY!!!! CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS!!! I immediately started looking for a heating and air company that had good ratings and one of the first to pop up was Larry's Heating and Cooling. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get someone scheduled to come out the same afternoon. The technician, David, called when he was on his way. He arrived on time, was extremely personable and professional. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and took the time to show me what the issue was and how it needed to be repaired. Because he needed to come back with a part to get things fixed and the weather was going to cooperate, we scheduled for a week later when we returned from our trip. The day he said he'd be back, he showed up as scheduled and in a couple hours he fixed our unit. Temps dropped below freezing the next day, but our heat worked perfectly so we didn't care. David did a great job! Great team, very competitive pricing; highly recommended. It's who we will call in the future if needed in the future for certain!

They did a service call and said my coil was leaking, sent an estimate for full unit replacement only about a week later after I chased them and asked for a warranty repair - they said no warranty after 12 months. Got a second opinion, the SKILLED and HONEST other technician from a different company went to the attic, 15 minutes later said the coil wasn't leaking, but there was a plastic cap that wasn't tight and had oil residue on it - they replaced and tightened the cap, refilled the gas and everything is fixed for a fraction of the price of a new unit. This is my experience with Larry's heating & air, why I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. I gave them an opportunity to explain to me what happened and why the problem was misdiagnosed, but haven't heard back from them.
