He took his time to go over all of the features and showed me how everything works, being excited and a bit overwhelmed not all of the info stayed with me. We were there for so long with paper work and financing and such that it seemed like the four of us (my boyfriend included) became friends. They don't make me feel like I am bothering them if I do call with a question. My first oil change of course was on them, but since I work in Pittsburgh and wouldn't get there until the garage was closed Isaac stayed and waited on me. He made sure that I was going to have a way to work the next day and also volunteered to meet me and get my car. That's customer service!!!! Isaac was also the salesperson to inform me that I was eligible for a refund from gap insurance and money back from an extra insurance policy that I had purchased from the dealer where I had purchased my previous new car. That dealer didn't tell me anything about getting any money back. Kudos to Isaac and Darnell they were and are the best. They put regular oil in it, and whoever was working with my car left most of the contents of my glove box on the seat and floor in my front passenger side. Jump 2 years ahead of time till now. After repeated calls to try and set an appointment even leaving my name and number, I had to drive down to make one. I was getting a recall, oil changed, and ac fixed. I assumed the ac needed charged since it's 10 years old now, but they assured me they would figure out what was wrong with it. They charged it ($115) to tell me my ac won't work unless I get a fix that will cost over a grand. Now I'm out $115 because of the use of scummy practices. When I called management (took multiple tries) they tried to pretend it couldn't be checked until it was charged. I asked Did they check fuses or anything? Was told ac had nothing to do with fuses. I said it probably still had charge and the compressor (the problem) has a fuse. Then they told me they checked the fuses. Then I asked fuses, thought it had nothing to do with fuses. What kinda fuckin bullshit are you trying to feed me? Then he said he was hanging up because he didn't wanna be cussed at. More likely because he was caught in a lie in 2 sentences. Will never come here again. Already found someone else to fix my car cheaper.
