Your safety - despite waiting an hour, the inside of the car had crusty crap all in the driver controls and seats, and the main rear view mirror was dangling by a thread from the windshield, unable to be adjusted. 3. Your sanity - after waiting an hour, the lovely staff at enterprise asked me if I'd still take the car if they could tape the mirror in place. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service.
