Right off the bat, I want to tell you that they are not open all the time. This is a small town, and the business also operates estate sales. So the store is open limited hours, which they announce in advance. So, be sure to check their Facebook page for days/hours! The Facebook page name is "ReTreasure Estate Sales," and the ReTreasure shop is located on Main Street in Glencoe, OK. The storefront is a very pleasant blue with large storefront windows, and glass in the door--like something out of Main Street USA in a vintage movie. Granny's This N That, a vintage/thrift shop, is almost directly across the street. The rest of the street is pretty quiet; I mainly recall a small bank and post office. I thought this place was kind of magical. The shop owner has done a great job with the space... preserving and accentuating details of its historical charm while creating a pleasant, welcoming environment. There is gentle music playing. And she has chosen interesting things to display and sell. She clearly has an appreciation for history. I spent quite a while just walking around enjoying the vibe and looking at pictures on the wall, etc. The place is beautifully set up, beautifully maintained. Old books peek out from the top of old dressers, and colorful fabrics add warmth everywhere. I'm going to add some photos here and let them speak for themselves. Have a chat with the proprietor -- I did not know her but found her to be a very interesting person, with stories to share.
