I was not expecting such a calm, perfect massage! If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more Don't even know where to start. First, I called ahead to ask about the price for a service I wanted, and they gave me one price over the phone. But as soon as I got there, suddenly it was a different price. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but why give false information over the phone and then expect me to pay more in person? Very unprofessional. That was the first red flag. Anyway, she still starts doing the service, and once we go to the back, I notice she's doing something I've literally never seen before. I kept communicating with her like, "Hey, I specifically asked for a wax, nothing else." But she kept saying, "Oh no, this is how we do it," so I'm trying to trust her and give her the benefit of the doubt. After the service, I honestly still wasn't happy. And it's not like I stayed quiet either, I was communicating the whole time and telling her exactly what I was uncomfortable with. But it felt like she wasn't even trying to hear me out because she would just start speaking in her language instead. To me, it came off like, "I'm not listening to you, I'm just gonna say whatever I want," knowing I couldn't understand anything being said. Then when it was time to pay, she starts making fun of me to her coworker. I could tell by the energy and the laughing that it was about how I was paying because I used some change and the rest on my card. Like... you're still getting paid regardless, so what's funny? I even spoke up about that too and said there was no reason to make fun of it. Then she started acting like, "Oh no no no," trying to play it off like I didn't know what was going on. Overall, I will never spend another dime at this place. The environment was rude, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. They don't listen to what you ask for, talk about you right in front of your face in another language, and clearly don't care about customer service at all. If that's the type of vibe you like being around, then this is the perfect place for you.
