So please go at your own risk....the artist was nice and very professional so I trusted her technique. When I messaged her and sent her pictures she said she didn't touch the tail end of my brows and explained that this was due to a brow trim? I didn't know a trim removed hair ? well you can be the judge of that. First picture the left was after I left and the right was before going, second picture is when I left her place the first time, compared to this visit on the right. If a client sends a message right after a service with concerns, then it's in good nature as a business owner to at least apologize because obviously the client isn't happy, when you reply with a defense response AFTER sending pictures that's in very poor taste in my opinion. Thankfully brows do grow and makeup has done wonders but I paid to get a tint and wax to a avoid having to do this and save time in the mornings before work, needless to say that did not happen because I am having to work on them every morning until they grow out.

Her charge of 35% that she charged me that she should not have and then refunded it almost immediately when I called her out on it because she knew she should have charged me and she did. But now when I asked her to refund deposit I paid she not only has not communicated but her lack of communication from the beginning and the fact that she is fighting me on the $25 deposit. I only canceled because of her lack of communication. If she had an issue refunding it to me, then she should've communicated, but I didn't get any messages unless they got lost in La La Land. But from the beginning, I had to message her multiple times to even get a response which should've been a red flag to begin with, but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and now I know why I should not have. So yes, I am still giving her a lower updated review score because she is now fighting me on that $25 deposit that I was requesting back.
