If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't even know where to start. First, I called ahead to ask about the price for a service I wanted, and they gave me one price over the phone. But as soon as I got there, suddenly it was a different price. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but why give false information over the phone and then expect me to pay more in person? Very unprofessional. That was the first red flag. Anyway, she still starts doing the service, and once we go to the back, I notice she's doing something I've literally never seen before. I kept communicating with her like, "Hey, I specifically asked for a wax, nothing else." But she kept saying, "Oh no, this is how we do it," so I'm trying to trust her and give her the benefit of the doubt. After the service, I honestly still wasn't happy. And it's not like I stayed quiet either, I was communicating the whole time and telling her exactly what I was uncomfortable with. But it felt like she wasn't even trying to hear me out because she would just start speaking in her language instead. To me, it came off like, "I'm not listening to you, I'm just gonna say whatever I want," knowing I couldn't understand anything being said. Then when it was time to pay, she starts making fun of me to her coworker. I could tell by the energy and the laughing that it was about how I was paying because I used some change and the rest on my card. Like... you're still getting paid regardless, so what's funny? I even spoke up about that too and said there was no reason to make fun of it. Then she started acting like, "Oh no no no," trying to play it off like I didn't know what was going on. Overall, I will never spend another dime at this place. The environment was rude, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. They don't listen to what you ask for, talk about you right in front of your face in another language, and clearly don't care about customer service at all. The person that did the manicure tried to overcharge me by stating she performed services that she did not. She tried to charge me for a manicure that included sugar scrub, collagen mask and 10 minute massage which I did not receive. To make matters worse the gel began chipping on several nails after 2 days. I will go pay another salon to remove this mess from my hands before I return there to have them "fix" it. The manicure was horrible I don't understand why nail salons use nail polish that is cracking you can tell the polish wasn't good it was making bubbles it had fibers it wasn't brushing correctly yet the nail tech kept on like nothing was wrong, walked out of there with a $45 gel manicure that looks choppy!!! Plus their massage chair didn't even work the buttons were missing and I couldn't even turn it on. Someone who was probably the owner used a file to try to clean it up and said she'd do another coat instead of cleaning up the whole color ! Stay away from this place horrible service. read more

I've been going to this place for a super long time and although they've always done a nice job, last week I decided to treat myself to a little pre-Mother's Day manicure pedicure! I went in early and it was relatively busy even for Saturday. After I chose what I wanted off of the menu, I felt that staff took on multiple people too quickly. My manicure was all of maybe 12 minutes from start to finish. And that's even with paraffin wax! My pedicure drug out while my technician accommodated multiple people and requests. But the huge shocker was when I went to pay and my bill Was inflated by almost $30. Never before have I been charged over what my menu cost was. They charged me for taking off my gel polish on my toes. Then they charged me for putting it back on on top of the already $65 pedicure that I chose. When I explained that I've been coming here for a long time and this is never happened in the past, I was given multiple excuses and finally that they're under new ownership and things have changed. That would've been nice to know ahead of time because I'm on a budget! I would've chose a less expensive pedicure, and got what I could afford. Instead, I was treated rudely, and dismissed like it was my problem. I'm one person. But I'll never go back! Poor business for there are many many options here in the surrounding area for a marginal pedicure at a way better price. read more

Don't get gel manicures here! I've been getting pedicures here for the past few years and love the quiet and the sweet lady who does my pedicures. But, I was out of state for a few months and had gel nails applied there. Loved them, so when I came home I came here to get them redone and that was a big mistake. The man was very brusk, cut my pinky with an emery board and then removed the gel with the electric sanding tool used for acrylic nails. It took off layers of my natural nails and made them so thin that even with the gel polish my nails split down the middle and easily tore off. My nails are a mess. It will take months for my nails to grow completely back out. read more

We were given one price but in the end charged another! I took 3 of my nieces to get their nails done for school. Beware!!! TOOLS ARE NOT STERILIZED BETWEEN CLIENTS!!! Risk of contracting nail fungus!!! I'm still fighting a nail fungus infection that I received over 2 years ago after getting a pedicure here. It's EXTREMELY difficult to get rid of nail fungus, even with the strongest medicine. I've made multiple trips to the doctor and still fighting it. New place in town... why not! Walked in and they were quite full, said it would be about a 5 min wait and sure enough I was getting seated within 5 mins. Went in for a pedicure and a gel fill. Eric was my guy and he really went the extra time and care to get my toes and my fingers right. The pedicure needs a little work. Hot towel wasn't left on long enough, was still hot when removed, but that's not a deal breaker. I wanted a design on my nails and Eric was able to replicate what I wanted. Cons: * The tv was on a gag reel show, kind of a limited audience who enjoys that * No music was playing in the salon. * They don't offer bottles of water as many salons are now doing. * The price should be broken down, I was a little sticker shocked when I got to the counter, I thought it would be about $10 less then it was. I would give them 5 stars, however I didnt have the best experinece there, as I didnt like how the person that did my nails dig too deep into my cuticles as I have short nails, they didnt go exactly what I asked as I told them not to put any lotion on my arms, and he slaps on lotion on one arm, so I was really sore from having excema in the first place, they need to learn to understand English, and treat their costmers with better care. I've been getting my nails done for 37 years and here was the 2 worst pedicure I ever ever had in my life. Their basic pedi was $23. She didn't cut down my toe nails, I had to ask her to do that. While taking off my red nail polish, she left red all over the skin on my toes, so I had to see that for half the pedicure. She didn't push back my cuticles, she just tapped each toe with the tool which did nothing. She didn't clean under my toe nails, I had to ask her to do that too, then she barely did it, more like just touched the tool under my nail. The callus remover scrub on my heels lasted less than 5 seconds on each foot. The worst part was the massage. She "massaged" my legs for 34 seconds, (I timed it) and it wasn't even a massage, she just ran her hands up and down my leg with zero pressure. When I asked how long the massage should be, they said it is 1 minute. Most places do it for at least 5 minutes and actually give you a good massage. She didn't even do it for a minute and it wasn't even a real massage! That's my favorite part of a pedicure and it's why I pay for one rather than doing it myself. It feels like she is in a race to get the entire pedi done in less than 5 minutes. (Note; they weren't busy, just me and another person getting our nails done). The second she finished the polish she then tried to put my feet back in my sandals (not flip-flops) and I had to tell her to stop. Also, their spa chair massages don't work well and the remotes are all beaten up. --- I also got a fill on my acrylics too. He is VERY rough and files the skin around your nails, which hurts! When I pulled my hand back from the pain, it's like he got mad and would jerk my hand back as if my pain was annoying him. They also are not at all friendly. No "Hello, welcome" greeting, and no "Thank you" when you leave. They don't even look at you in the face and smile ever. It seems they don't like their job and it shows, or they don't know how to act in American business. To top it off, they said it would be $48 total, but charged my card $50. I've never had all these things happen at any other multitude of nails spas I have been to. It was a terrible experience! I always look forward to this monthly reward/treat I give myself, and I usually leave a nail salon feeling great, and here I left VERY upset. :( read more

It's a nah for me ! I gave them too many chances the girls are entitled and very rude. They refused to do my sisters eyelashes because she blinked too much like seriously ? I blink a lot too when I get my eyelashes done but have never been refused service. Henry does decent nails but every time I've came here I have to tell him to be careful or that he's hurting me when filing my nails. It's not my problem they try to accept so many people that they end up rushing my nails and pedicures. Last time was too much for me and my fingers ended up having a bunch of tiny cuts on them every time I'd tell him that hurts he would just laugh and tell me to relax. Maybe I wouldn't do tense if I wasn't getting hurt. Today I scheduled an appointment @ 5:30 for a gel pedicure with Eric (after reading the reviews of course!) I read about this newly opened nail salon and wanted to experience it for myself. So I got there a little bit before my actual appt. I walked in there and it was quite warm. There weren't any fans or the AC wasn't on. I told them I made an appt with Eric at 530 for a gel pedicure. So I sat down...and waited. The first 15 mins roll by...I waited about another 15-20 mins for them to finally tell me I can soak my feet until Eric was ready, since he was working on someone else. I don't know if they were short staffed today, but they did take on more customers then they can handle. Then Eric began working on me and I was done in no time. He did a really fine job of giving me a gel pedicure. If you're ever in town for a gel pedi/mani or both for that matter, make sure to request Eric. I know I will definitely be back! The three stars were for the wait time and the indoor temperature of the salon, but other than that, it's a pretty nice nail salon. So far, so good! read more
