The nurse didn't know what she was talking about and the doctor half ass examined her not saying anything about the welts that are still currently there (this was a month ago) when they did blood work she was poked 5-6 times before they were successful and got agitated that she was squirming during the process. The reception wasn't great either they all looked like they hated it there and got upset when anyone walked in. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and they should probably close their practice while they are ahead.

The staff is visibly frustrated, and they are unable to manage the animals, nor ensure their safety. We had an incident where our puppy was attacked by another dog, and the staff wasn't able to remedy this in a timely fashion. They also did not remove the animal that attacked her from the general population (animal is still there). Both the handling of the situation and their response were handled poorly. Insufficient training, staffing issues, and general management are all to blame here. The volume of negative views, and the common themes among all of these, should provide sufficient indication of the experience you can expect. I highly recommend reading the other reviews here so you know what you are getting in to.
