Misled info on initial call. They are a high intervention office with no choice in services. They ask you to approve all intervention services in the paperwork ahead of any possible procedure. Now, a year and a half after my last visit to Whisper Creek of February 2021, I get a bill charging me for an insurance refund, showing a prior balance that is unknown to me and not explained. My daughter had Invisalign here. They billed my insurance over $20,000 and was paid $13,750. I paid my total portion up front just over $2,000. My daughter's treatment lasted 9 months. They kept charging me for many months after treatment ended and harassed me via phone calls, texts, emails. They called me on my personal and work numbers. They harassed my daughter and my husband. They admitted that they bill for x amount of months regardless if treatment ends early. We fulfilled our contract but they sent a claim to collections even though they were over paid by insurance. I'm trying to figure out how to file a claim against them. They are not listed in the BBB and I may file with DORA. Don't go to this dental office. They are money hungry frauds. I've never heard of Invisalign costing that much! read more

I was a patient of this dentistry for over 4 years, and during that time they ignored my concerns and complaints in regards to my front teeth being sensitive. I had an X-ray taken at an oral surgeon when getting my wisdom teeth removed where they found a large hole of deteriorating bone above said teeth reaching to my nasal cavity. This was not something that happened overnight but happened while in the care of this dental facility. Once receiving the X-rays taken at this facility is was obvious to see, for anyone who actually looked at them, a large hole growing for over two years. I was able to finally get care for it but did not receive any compensation or help in paying for the surgery's needed from Whisper Creek. They continued to ignore my families calls, emails, and complaints in regards to receiving help for something they caused due to their negligence. And to top it all off, they still had my patient profile gender labeled as male, when I was born and have always been female. read more

Whisper Creek is wonderful!! It had been a few years since my last professional dental cleaning so I bit the bullet and made an appointment at Whisper Creek since it's right down the street from my house. Well, I am SO GLAD I did! The office is very nice, clean, and "new". The entire office staff was very friendly and made me feel valued the moment I walked in. My dental hygienist (Anjelica) was very friendly and thorough during my appointment. There were never any surprises and she was very transparent throughout the process, which I truly appreciated! My teeth feel amazing too. Thank you, Anjelica! Lastly, Dr. Lindsay Shall was fantastic! She was very thorough as well and quickly had a recommendation for improving my oral care. She also went the extra mile by "fixing" some glue on my permanent retainer that had been bugging me for months. Another thing I really liked about Dr. Shall is that she has a great personality! While some people might not value personalities with their health care providers, I definitely do! They choose not to stand behind their work. Nor do they tell you about charges before work is to be done. They had to re-repair my root canal. Then they had to re-repair the retainer on the inside of my bottom front teeth. Apparently, it wasn't reattached properly while they were doing the re-repair of my root canal. I didn't notice it until the next time I was in their office for a cleaning. The hygienist found the retainer wasn't attached to the tooth they were supposed to reattach it to. She said up an appt for the dentist to "look at it." The dentist didn't look at it, she went ahead and re-repaired it. When I went to check-out I was told there was a $30 co-pay. I said I'm not paying, this was supposed to be done right during the re-repair of the root canal. The counter person said she would discuss with the dentist or office manager and call me back if there was an issue. I never received a call, just a bill in the mail. Time to try another dentist, one with the integrity to stand behind their work and to call when they say they'll call. read more

I really wanted to like this business. It's fairly new, clean offices, friendly staff. Close to my home. But they're not very organized, and there is apparently a disconnect between the administrative and dental personnel. I went in last Audgust and received a dental treatment plan which included several items. Over the next few months - I went through the treatments with no problem, satisfied with the services. I went in a month ago to do the final of the treatments, the most expensive portion and was told that the pricing that was given (documented on the dental plan) was wrong and didn't include lab services. The new price was almost twice the $ (from $3600 - $6K+). Huh?! And the delivery of the updated pricing was not handled very well, as I got different explanations from the different departments: the dental folks said "lab work was not added"; the front office folks said "it's new, 2022 pricing"... HMMMM? Ok - so after some thought I decided - maybe this isn't the place for me. The situation left a bad taste in my mouth (forgive the dental pun). Oh well time to shop for new dentist... Last week I got a reminder email to schedule an appointment for my treatment - so I opted out. I got another email this week. So, figuring I wanted to put a stop to the emails, I decided to call and explain the reason why I'm leaving and ask them to pull me off their list. 1) My call was with a front office (admin person) and she reacted with genuine concern and apologized for the confusion. I said things happen - and I was ready to move on. She implied that she'd speak to someone in management and that I'd get a call back. (I was actually impressed with the empathy). 2) Less than 30 minutes later someone called and explained that there had been instances of confusion between the dental and admin staff - and said that the person who gave me the NEW price was let go. She then said that they'd honor the old price from the original treatment plan (from August) and asked whether I wanted to schedule the first appointment in the treatment. Wow - that's GREAT customer service! I explained that I was going to be traveling - and would like to get it done ASAP so that the timing of my being away might coincide with some down time associated with the process. She thought it could - but asked me to hold... then she came back on and told me the Dentist would get back to me shortly to coordinate. 3) One minute later, the dentist called me back to explain, AGAIN, that there has been lots of confusion within the team - and that the NEW price was correct. Wow!? At this point I was given a documented treatment plan with a price - then was told verbally that the price would be honored - but after all that, I was offered a 10% discount off the NEW price. Visiting Denver...an old filling broke and half of it came out about 2 weeks ago. Sought emergency care at Whisper Creek and was scheduled within 2 hours if call.. Yikes! Will need crown. Have dental insurance thats not available in Colorado. Would be unnecessarily expenses if I got the crown gere.Told to call if it becomes painful. No pain. Today, the rest of the filling fell out. Was thinking of flying home, but Whisper Creek got me in within 15 minutes. Put a temporary filling in at a VERY reasonable price and I was back at the domicile within 45 minutes! We just recently tried this dentist after moving into the area. It is a new office which is very clean. The staff here is young and overall "nice". When I called to make appointments for my whole family I asked to make sure it was welcomed to bring in my 3yr old and 5yr for cleanings as well. I was told that many kids their age come there and they would be happy to have them. The staff tried their best to accommodate my children however they were just not experienced in how to help young kids feel comfortable nor did they have the right size tools to give them complete cleanings. I left with my youngest child not receiving a cleaning and feeling a bit like they were annoyed to be doing such young kids. If you are an adult just looking for your average dentist with little experience then this dentist will most likely check that box. read more

We are new to the area and scheduled the whole family for cleanings at Whisper Creek! My 5 year old needed two fillings and he had such a great experience. He left saying, "this is the best day of my life". I asked if he knew he got two shots in his mouth and he had no clue! They set him up with a movie, headphones, and some "happy gas". Dr Cosma, new clinic with rookie doctor, very nice office which is misleading, last Thursday 12/29/202 Dr Cosma drilled and filled my wife's tooth and her assistance installed a cap that she broke a few times and then installed it anyway, as soon as the meds wore off my wife was in pain. Called the office Friday morning, the first thing I heard on the recording was "if you have a dental emergency hang up and dial 911"!!! Also, texted to inform them of the pain, no call back or response, on Monday Dr Cosma texted me to inform me that she just got the message and the office was closed Friday and Monday due to staff shortage, When there I observed 5 or 6 staff members working!!! My wife was seen on Tuesday, 5 days after her initial procedure and constant pain, then Dr Cosma informs my wife that the filling Dr Cosma did was too close to the nerve and she needs a root canal now on the same tooth that Dr. Cosma supposedly fixed!!!!! She referred us to an specialist who wants $1850.00 to fix what Dr. Cosma has supposedly fixed,that we were charged $1350 for. I texted Dr. Cosma and she texted the office will call me. The office receptionist called and informed me that they were open on Monday, she tried to no end to convince me that it is not their problem or doing, she knew it was over her head and got Dr Cosma on the line, I asked Dr. Cosma about their office being open on Monday, she had texted me and said it was closed, quickly she retracted and said oh yes we were open for some cleaning but I was not here!! Long story short, not only she claims that it not her fault or problem, what she did is right over and over, I tried to reason with her over and over and gave her many metaphors to make her understand, she claimed she does not understand any of them!!!! Dr. Cosma is the Dentist who after her exam and Xray recommended and did the procedure, if the procedure is wrong or was not good or would have been questionable from the start or if she had any doubt about its success or potential problem, she should have not done it! I get it, it is a new office and the investors have to get paid but at what price? Dr. Cosma is the dentist who said that is what needs to be done, she is the so called DR. OF Dentistry, my wife has endured pain for a week, I dont care who invested in her practice, she is clueless about what is her duty and job description! read more

Been going to this establishment since 2019. Front office/office manager great and very friendly - accommodating and listens to patients. Had a few complaints and they addressed it right away. Best part is Jenni, our dental hygienist - experienced, very thoughtful, and explains what/why she's doing certain things throughout the visit. Dentists seemed fine although you don't usually see them in person so that'd be the only minus - almost all the relationship you have is with your dental hygienist. read more

We had another appointment set up for Spring Break, due to CoVid 19 the other dentist cancelled and offered to reschedule next summer. I went in for a routine check up. Dr. Shall recommended over $1,500 worth of additional work. When I explained to the front desk that I could not afford that at this time they blew me off. I called multiple times asking for solutions and if they could prioritize the work to lessen the cost. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend going here. read more
