Politano was careful to cover with us what the surgery would entail and made sure to include my dgtr in the conversation.

Having held an administrative position for a major university based dental school, I am familiar with all dental disciplines which helped with my search. My appointment was originally scheduled for early April and rescheduled for May 19th at 2:30 due to the COVID19 pandemic. First impression was positive, the receptionist was somewhat friendly and the waiting area was clean albeit small. As far as I could see, the COVID19 practices were being observed. I waited about 30 minutes before I was greeted by a lovely staff member who indicated that she would return to escort me to another area for my X-rays. She was pleasantly engaging as was another staff member. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing better than a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in a dental office. The technology is state of the art as are the patient areas. Dr. Noori arrived shortly after I was seated in an examination room. He spent at least 20 minutes reviewing my X-rays, examining my prosthesis, explaining what he recommends and referring me to a specialist. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience!!

This has happened multiple times and it honestly feels like they are just trying to keep my money. I have had to advocate for myself throughout this entire billing process. They attempted to charge me hidden fees that I later found out I did not even owe. They also refused to submit my bill to my health insurance, even after I explained that a portion of the cost could likely be covered under a specific code. Instead, I was left with a $500 out of pocket bill that could have potentially been reduced to around $50 if properly submitted. When I checked in, they collected both my dental and health insurance information but never actually billed my health insurance like they said they would. I was later told this is something they tell customers but do not follow through on. On top of that, they failed to charge me correctly upfront and then asked my significant other to pay a large portion of the bill while I was under anesthesia, which was completely inappropriate and due to their own mistake. There was also a lack of transparency from the beginning. I had to question a $400 charge just to understand what I was being asked to pay, while others were apparently informed right away, according to my significant other who was in the lobby. Communication has been extremely poor. I have been trying to get in touch with them since February with no success. No matter the day or time I call, no one is available to help, which is especially frustrating while working full time during their business hours. They recently told me they would follow up with me regarding the issue, and it has now been over a week with no response. Overall, the billing practices are unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. I would not recommend this place. On a positive note, the only good part of my experience was a dental assistant who mentioned she loves country music. She was very kind and genuinely helpful.

The entire staff is friendly, professional, and caring, while the office is modern with equipment that is at the peak of the industry. Dr. Taylor is passionate and easygoing, bringing joy to patients and staff you don't just experience, but fully sense. I've had cleanings with multiple hygienists, each of which were meticulous and knowledgeable. They remember little things about you that makes the experience feel very personal. I can't speak highly enough about my experience and highly recommend Taylor Dental Arts to everyone!

I went back to get the crown put in and I told him that my tooth was still bothering me he said that the pain would go away. I went back after the crown was installed and said that I have extreme pain in that same tooth and they said oh you need a root canal. It does not make sense to me to put in a finished product and then have someone go in there and drill through a finished product to do a root canal. I went and got a root canal after going through a month of tooth pain before and after the ceramic crown was installed. I don't see how they can stay in business with this type of professionalism. On top of all that I had a dental cleaning scheduled a couple of months after this period of time and they said that I told them that I was not coming back when I called them. I was in very bad tooth pain and I said I might not be back. They never gave me a notice or anything that they canceled my appointment and I showed up and they told me my appointment had been canceled with no notice. Patient beware!!!
