I asked why I was told 2 weeks and it is now going into 3 weeks. He said that the 2 weeks was the wait time when I called not when I brough it in. I replied I brought it in the same day that I called and was told 2 weeks. No response from him. I called the following Friday and was told it was getting near the top of the line and it would be next week. I am obviuosly getting more than a little irritated by now and asked him how he would feel if he was told it would take 2 weeks and now is taking 4 weeks. His reply was do you want to come get you mower today or wait until it is done next week. This company lies and makes excuses for there poor customer service. Not even an apology when I picked it up the next week. Obviously I will not be giving this company any more business and you shouldn't either!!!

Once I decided that it would be a Toro, I did a TON of research on retailers. All of the on-line places promise the lowest price, but they drop it off in a crate. YOU do final assembly and all of the adjustments. I was OK with this, as I am a fairly "handy" guy mechanically (I do all of my own work on my cars). A friend reccomended Troy-Tipp Lawncare. I checked them out & I was impressed by the policy that states, "If we are working on your mower & we can't get it done before the next time that you need to mow, we will deliver a FREE loaner." WOW... So I stopped by to see what they had to offer (I assumed that the price would be higher, but the SERVICE would be better). I was SHOCKED to learn that their prices were LOWER. WOW... I can not say enough about the service. The OWNER was there, he was INVOLVED and HE CARES! He made sure that everything was PERFECT before the mower was released to me... WOW... I have now had the mower for several months. I have gone back to them for advice & support and they have been AWESOME!

We bought 4 yards of mulch and had it delivered. What we look for has become difficult to find in…read morethat we don't want any dye on our mulch. MOD carries such a mulch. And the mulch that we got looked great. Unfortunately, we paid for 4 yards and got around 3.25 yards. We called and they said that it was loaded that morning and delivered as 4 yards. I measured the pile and it was 3.25 yards. I've included 2 pictures that show MOD 3.25 yards and a competitor's 4.0 yards. Both photos were taken at the same spot. Nope, won't be back.

I feel like I'm actually being taken care of and they make my pool management easy. If I bring in a water sample they chemically evaluate and recommend what I need to put it back in balance.
