Dropped off my car at 1:00pm, I received a call at 2:45pm that it was ready for pick up..... The only rubber or plastic that was conditioned on the outside were the tires. All 5 door jams were kind of touched, no door gaskets cleaned let alone conditioned. Before agreeing to the leather conditioning. They told me that it would remove light soiling, well it did not. The "simple interior" detailing, they missed the front console all together. With so much missed/not done at all. It leaves me wondering just what all they did on the outside as far as the vehicle body paint (clay barring, waxing and the ceramic spray). I'm an old-timer who in his 60 plus years has had his fair share of vehicles. All of which I had taken care of myself using hand applied carnauba paste wax, with hand buffing. And on a vehicle this size it was an all-day affair. So that really adds to the wondering of what kind of products were or weren't used by two individuals working on the vehicle together could accomplish in less than 3 hours. I returned the following day and spoke with the man in charge. The next day I returned and spoke with the man in charge pointing out all these areas. He informed me as far as any of the rubber/plastic on the outside. They don't do any type of conditioning other than the tires, because when it rains it causes those conditioning products to run down on the paint causing streaks. I've been conditioning these things with no problems for many, many years. As for the rest of the problem areas there wasn't much he could say. However he did want to tell me he never looked at the vehicle before it was serviced. I had to remind him twice that two days before, he looked at it and sold me on the package. He agreed to redo the leather conditioning and all 5 door jams, the following day..... I arrived at 11:00 a.m. today and within less than an hour they had taken care of all the areas that I pointed out (except for the exterior rubber / plastic). All these areas have been taken care of to my satisfaction today..... I will note this though yesterday when I returned home I canitioned the rubber/plastic areas on the driver side of the car. I used Mothers' Back to Black on all these areas. It rained last night and there was no streaking on the paint. Except for where I had picked up the wrong rag that had product on it. But it was the wrong product, it was Magic Blacks "Wet Tire". I removed as much as I possibly could. But in the rain last night, yes it did streak down onto the door paint. But all the other rubber/plastic that I conditioned with Mothers'. There was no streaking on the paint or anywhere else..... So to sum up this review, they took care of all the interior and door jamb areas that I had problems with. I should not have had to return, I should not have had any disagreements with the service they performed or have to return 3 days later to get it done properly. They should have finished these areas the day before when I pointed it out. I never received an apology from the man in charge for the shoddy work that had been performed. But I did receive an apology from one of the men who took care of these areas today. My son-in-law had his Ford F-250 washed and detailed the interior here back in June of 2023 And it looked awesome. No clay barring no waxing no ceramic spray and it looked fabulous. This is the only reason that I came here to begin with. But in doing my due diligence "after the fact" I have been told new ownership took over sometime after my son-in-law's truck was detailed.

They said bring it back so they can look at the headlight. When I came back a few days later yo find out what caused that problem. They told be the headlight was damaged after the repair, but I kept telling the manager Mike that doesn't make sense because nothing else around the headlight was damaged. So, he said well I will waive the cost of labor. So, I asked them to give me a quote and we started talking about the price of a new verse old headlight and one of the receptionist stated that headlight is $1600 new. I figured it was high that is the reason why yall are trying to get out of replacing the headlight. I located a picture about 30 minutes after leaving the shop that showed the scuff at the time the car was originally dropped off. I called the manager Mike and texted him a pucture of the light and he stated I see the orginal damage but we are not covering it. So, I called driven brand the national chain for Maaco and spoke with a customer service rep the next day and she called the location to see if something could be worked out. They told her the headlight was already damaged. I asked her did they inform her why they put on a damaged headlight. She said they stated the insurance total out the vehicle. I informed her what does that have to do with the headlight. I personally paid to have the car repaired. She stated she will follow up with the repair shop and they should be given me a call. I never received a call. So, I filed a complaint with BBB and this time they responded to the BBB stating I declined to have the headlight repaired. Now this would be third lie they have stated about the headlight. So, I responded letting the BBB know this is the first I've heard about me declining the headlight being repaired, because if that was not true. If that was the case why did they not stated that when I called them in May stating the headlight has water and also how come the manager Mike didn't tell me that when he was telling me the damaged was caused after repair. Noone told me I declined a headlight repair but that is the reason they provided BBB. I would have never declined the headlight being replaced. Especially since the car was by deceased husband car and I would approve any repair needed on the vehicle. That is the reason why I kept the car. I decided to have another shop repair the light, because I believe they do not operater with integrity. I asked the new body shop could they tell what caused the damage. They brought the headlight from the back and stated it suffered a great impact along the back of the headlight. The headlight had a bracket broken off and a big crack. To me it appeared that someone drop the headlight and put it back. Hoping I would not figure out it was damaged for a while, but the rains revealed the damage within 60 days of the repair. Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car.
