This Mister Car Wash sits on Gallatin Pike just outside of the large shopping complex that holds Dick's and Best Buy. It is a pretty sizeable car wash with 5 entry lanes, two of which are reserved for membership holders. Like most automated car washes, Mister Car Wash has tiered washes ranging from $10 - $20, as well as Unlimited Memberships following the same tiers. Being this was my first visit, I was not interested in a membership just yet, but I did go with the Platinum Exterior wash for $20. The wash was solid, it left a few streaks on my back window, but with my model of Explorer all washes seem to do that due to the overhang. The tires came out shiny and all other areas were decently clean. Once you pop out of the bay, you can pull in to the complimentary vacuum area. Vacuums are plentiful and have decent suction. As far as car washes go this one is pretty good. We have a monthly pass for one of our business vehicles. It s nice to wash it and vacuum out the interior at the same spot. The building and grounds are always well kept. My only gripe is that it doesn't always get the truck completely clean. It misses areas on the tailgate a lot. Horrible customer service and an embarrassment to businesses everywhere We had our 2022 vehicles wipers destroyed and were told tough cookies on any help with insurance or them having ANY liability. Worst decision was returning after having issues a few years back after the carwash destroyed the passenger side mirror. I work at a large corporate office in Goodlettsville and being a corporate office we have very rich people with expensive cars and such "working" here. Deals Detailing comes to the property on Thursdays and Fridays to detail cars but even with my tiniest car(Hyundai Accent) it is always over $120 a go, with my Sonata its almost twice that. I am NOT one of those rich people and just cannot afford that, especially with the way the weather is lately. Spend a car note on just one wash and blow? No thank you. Enter Mister Car Wash...okay I should also add these places actually frighten me in the beginning. Not car washes alone just big places with complex instructions in general. The first time I had a passenger to aid me in exactly where to go and when. I've now went through several times and can do it on my own. I just hate when something is simple and I just don't know what to do, it's so embarrassing. With that said, this is as good a place as you'd think it would be. On the washing end of it for a small to average sized car(like a Hyundai Accent - Sonata) this is a great car wash. Now when you take an SUV or oddly sized wheel based cars in you will have issue. My recommendation is to get the unlimited washes and just go through twice. It takes about 3 minutes to go through so this will not waste too much of your time. Detailing: Now if you are getting your car inside cleaned, this will take a while. Both times I've come in for that it's taken at least 30 minutes start to finish, just on the interior. The detailing is the only reason I cannot give them 5-stars. The last two instances my inside was cleaned so-so while the car in front of me and behind me was cleaned like there was no tomorrow. Now my car is not dirty or junky, there is no trash in the car. So it isn't that I'm hoping for miracles, I'm just hoping for at least the same effort as all the other customers get. On my last trip while they were moving the cars one of the guys gets in my car and guns it then slams on the brakes and almost hit the car in front. He was stopped by another guy who slammed his hand on my hood and gave the guy a gesture of "What's wrong with you!". Then they go at it for the car in front of me vacuuming multiple times, wiping down, in and out, all over the place. They get to mine and it's one swoop over with the vacuum and thin wipe down. Now, my car was not that dirty, but after this it was covered in fuzzys and little hairs on my dashboard. I'm guessing from the rags they used on either car that was around me. This is not a slam, mind you, I get this everywhere I go. Everybody else gets preferential treatment and I get the "meh" service. Don't know why, but it's just been that way my whole life. I go to a restaurant and get sat down at the same time as another table. They're eating their food and I'm still waiting to get my order taken. I ask for no tomatoes and get EXTRA tomatoes. I've toyed with the notion of a gypsy curse maybe, but how would I get it removed. I'd get the half-curse removal and it still not fix anything. But I've digressed...I'm used to it now. **PET FRIENDLY** This location is Pet Friendly AND they have dog bone treats in the waiting room along with free popcorn and coffee if you are getting your car detailed. When I had a dog I took him everywhere, he really would have enjoyed this place. First the driving through then going inside for some new smells, he would've had a blast. Have frequented this wash for the convenience factor, always hoping for the best, each time to leave disappointed. Even the top tier wash leaves my car with dirt and grime, and I spend more time cleaning myself after I've gone through. The vacuums seriously lack suction. I am all for tipping on great service, but asking for tips when not one person is manually touching the car (besides me) is a little baffling. Terrible! At the start of the car wash, they use a brush to get rid of any tough spots....today the guy scrubbing it, flipped it over to the wooden side because the brush didn't seem to be working. It scratched the hell out of the hood of my car! Filed a complaint because they didn't seem to have a manager on site....we'll see what MCW does about it..... read more

Terrible experience even though the workers were pleasant enough. I joined the unlimited wash club and discovered soap all over my windows windshield, and mirrors after first wash. I went back a week later and explained the problem to the employee who said I just didn't have the right wash, so he sent my car through again on the best carwash. The same problem occurred. They said their "blowers" weren't working right to blow off the water and soap. They told me they had reported the issue the previous week. I have since canceled my Unlimited Wash Club and wrote to their corporate office explaining the problem. I told them I wanted a response from them before I posted on Yelp. Crickets. So here you go. Good afternoon I have been a member for years here lately the quality has not been as good. The tires are not always clean. I noticed unless I scrub before entering it misses the bugs. The area right under the door unless i scrub before entering it always misses this area. Last week I went through and the cloth/fan ripped a piece from the hood of my car. I heard something fly back and hit the windshield and I originally thought something from inside the car wash fell down and hit my window. When I got out of my car to inspect I noticed a (factory) ornament from the hood had been ripped off. I pulled around to show the attendant what happened. She said the manager is not here. She took a picture of the damage and my phone number and said I will have the manager call you. Of course I have never heard from anyone that was 10 days ago. Took my car in because it sat at the mechanics shop under a tree for a couple days. It was very dirty. First time car barely came out clean. They let me go through a second time. Still didn't get clean. Went back to go through the third time but the manager came out and told me he wouldn't let me go through again. The brushes clearly weren't getting to all parts of the car. If your brushes would do their job, they could get my car clean. Been going to this place for years. Will take my business somewhere else. read more

I've been searching for a full-service car wash option for a while, and it turned out that one had been down the street from me all five years I've lived here, it just hadn't been reviewed on Yelp yet and was disguised as a $3 car wash. Hidden behind an ugly, Breaking Bad style car wash structure (okay, maybe it isn't that shady looking) is a competent full service car wash. They offer packages ranging from, yes a $3 basic car wash, up to $20 something washes with interior packages. I paid for a full exterior wash plus the lowest level interior package, which is the only way to avoid Armor-All, which is like Kyrptonite for my eyes as my dashboard is black. The exterior wash was okay. I'm dinging a few points because they didn't get all the bugs, but the car is mostly clean, something the automatic washes struggle with on my car... The trick is the hand drying, which solves the drip under the mirrors that causes watermarks. The interior work was nearly perfect, but I'm dinging a few points because they missed some dust, and because they don't wipe the sides of the doors, just the door jambs. Honestly, if you are gonna do the windows, jambs and the dash/console, getting the sides of the doors adds a second or two. They also didn't get the greasy discharge from my defroster off the lower part of the windshield, but the car came from the factory with that, so I'm not sure it'll ever stay clean. The wait was long, the service was slow, but they did a good job and the prices are very fair. A full service car wash under $20? I'll take it. read more

I visited this location because I wanted the outside/inside wash. After leaving I noticed there were little scratches all over my window tint. I returned to the location spoke to someone who told me they were the manager, he did a report & explained that the regional manager would contact me in the next few business days. After a week of no call I tried to call the location multiple times with no answer. I then found the customer care number online. They then told me I had to have an incident number, which I wasn't given & told me that they would have the manager contact me. A few days later I was contacted by Ronald the actual store manager, he asked me to drive 20 minutes back to his location to have him look at the vehicle because he couldn't tell anything from the photos the guy took the day of. I drove there to have Ronald be rude & basically call me a liar & tell me that it looked like "I had hit my window with something." When I said no, he proceeds to say in a very rude tone, "do you know the logistics of what we do? Because these are not long scratch marks we couldn't have done it." I then got angry & said "the logistics of it is, my windows did not look like this when I got here & they looked like this when I left!" He then throws his hand up in the air & says "I'm done with you!" I said fine give me my incident report number I will contact corporate again. He walked into his office, shut the door in my face & waited about 5 minutes before returning with an incident report card, which I should have been given the first day. I then contacted customer care again who put me in contact with the regional manager. He was very nice & apologized & offered to meet me at a tint shop that was 30 miles from my home the following day at 3:30, to look at my vehicle & pay for whatever damage was caused. I then receive a call at 12:30 that day saying that he is unavailable to meet me & just to go there & they will take care of me & that he has already paid for 1 window. Mind you I had scratches on both front windows. After being upset with him on the phone he said I'll call & have them look at it & if both need to be done we will pay for them. I drove 30 miles back & forth in rush hour & waited over an hour to get my tint replaced. So, they scratched my windows, called me a liar to my face, had me make multiple phone calls for over a month to even talk to someone who would help me, had me drive back & forth 15 miles to the location, back & forth 30 miles from the tint place and did NOTHING to compensate me for my time, gas, days spent dealing with this matter. Not even offered me a free car wash. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. read more

I told them before paying that I needed my rims cleaned and the only reason why I'm getting my car washed is because my rims need the break dust cleaned off. She told me if I bought the most expensive wash for $40 they would take care of my rims and the break dust. Haa picture attached! This place gives a fantastic wash for pretty cheap. Although it's not super fast, the two guys that wiped it down and cleaned the inside really took their time with my car, which I appreciated. They washed the hell out of the windows where our dogs had rubbed their wet noses, and did a good job vacuuming it out. I was very pleased. They were understaffed that day, but I was not in a rush, so it was fine. It can get crowded at peak times, but if you go other hours it's really not that bad. The prices are good. read more

$7 dollars for a basic car wash is not bad ... if it gets the car clean. After selling me my ticket was told they couldn't guarantee they would get the car clean. (had some tree sap on the roof). Said that I needed to buy the $15 complete car wash. The basic wash used to be $5 - and I never had that problem before. Was told "Well, we are under new management!" HOW RUDE..... I said "Well, then I would like a refund" She yells to her supervisor "He don't want to pay $15 for a complete car wash." I really need to cancel. Vacuums don't have much power and seem to be clogged most of the time. Even when I had one of the workers clean out the debris, the vacuum still did not work very well at all. I'm pretty sure that when I first had my membership, they would scrub the head/tail lights before going in the wash; now it seems they have gotten extremely lazy and no longer do that. This was my first trip to this facility. Took my sisters car in to get a deep clean. It was pretty dirty and smelled bad. Upon checking the car in for a service, I was greeted by Justin. Justin was very resourceful and was able to get me a service just right for my needs. I ended up getting the interior detail service for $150. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The waiting area is comfortable. They provide complimentary coffee and popcorn. read more

Well I was completely happy with this place I have a monthly wash subscription and I'm completely happy with that service. I needed my inside cleaned I was getting ready to go out of town paid the extra money to have it done. Walked away to take a phone call came back they was done. I'm driving down the road see that my inside windshield and back was never cleaned my back my dash was never done as well that really pissed me off but I was already in my 4 hour drive. So when you are getting the inside done make sure you keep a eye on then you might get that lazy person that will do a half ass job read more

Just went to get a car wash. The cash lane was blocked off with no explanation why. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. This place used to be good and has gone down hill. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE REGAL CAR WASH FOR DETAIL SERVICES AT ALL!!! I've been fighting these people since Friday. All I wanted was my car detailed inside out before my baby is born. My receipt from Friday says detail and upholstery. 2 hours and 112 $ later I get in my car and the cup holders, dash, under the seats, and etc are still unclean. So, we call complain and I bring my car back up to get the finishing touches fixed up. The assistant manager argues with me the entire time explaining what my problem is. Frustrated, I decided to pay the difference and have them do everything that wasn't "included" in what I bought. I leave my car there at 12 and came back by 4:00 and it's still in the service area getting wiped off. I walk up and everything I had complained about not being done was still undone, with the minor exception of them re-vacuuming. I begin to ask for the manager and start to point out things that are undone. They half ass wipe things off and I get in my car and leave. No refund offered. No solution to my issue.
