The owner Doug also runs a restoration business so all of the antique work is in good condition. It is located in a very nice old building lovely appointed and well lit. They have their own lot so parking is a breeze.They have of late been hosting other exciting arts events like Portrait of a Soul and the Oil Painters of America. The staff is very friendly and very helpful if you have any questions about the art or the artists shown in the gallery. At openings they always have wine and delicious hors d'oeuvres. At large events in the summer it can get warm in the gallery if there is a large crowd mixing with all the painting lights and a struggling AC.

I've enjoyed a few of their Saturday sweat sessions 90 minutes where you're exposed to a variety of instructors - boot camp, barre, mat pilates and this past Monday enjoyed Kristine's mat pilates class - I really missed a good pilates class and found it here at the LB. The good thing is you pay per class, so you're not tied into a membership, at times life is really busy, but knowing you can sign up & take a class from a variety of instructors is a win win in Cincinnati.

I took the HIRT Bootcamp class and my instructor Melody was amazing you could tell she has made a career of helping people and instructing classes. She was super fit and was a great role model for fitness and health. I got a great workout and would love to return here soon!
