I brought the jeans back expecting they would stand behind their workmanship, explained the problem that the jeans had ripped at the spot of the repair, was told I could pay again to have the same thing fixed. You bought it out to us but we could have took the clean cloths from the dryer and put it into our own clean bags. We didn't have a lot of cloths to wash but we were also not sure if your hands were clean. We specifically said to let us know when the cloths are done and we will take it out of the dryer ourself. On top, you were very rude and you did yell at us when you were the one who told us to come back at the specific time that you said our laundry were going to be done. We rushed back on time because we didn't want you to touch the clean cloths out of the dryer. We wanted to take it out ourself. Also you were the one who told us that if we show up late, you are not going to wait and will lock up right on the dot at closing time. We ended up bringing the cloths back home and washing them again. You may think your hands are the cleanest but we don't like other people touching our clean cloths and you didn't listen to our instructions which we repeated to you when you told us to stand outside. I have to say your listening skill is very questionable along with your reading skill. Please read what I wrote before responding. $5 is for wash, laundry detergent and softener (excluding drying).
