Morning sessions, afternoon sessions or full day. My 15 month old Goldendoodle , Charlie.... absolutely loved his time with Becky. He is very social and loves being with other dogs, so these hikes filled his needs and made him so happy. I was in Whistler for 6 weeks. I was so thrilled to discover Bisquits and Becky and used her for the entire time I was there. She truly made Charlie's summer so memorable. She's a 10 star experience, but Yelp only has 5 ! I can't say enough positive things about this service. It is amazing ! I was very lucky she let Charlie join the locals.

They take such…read moreamazing care of all the pups and are very cautious about the amount of dogs they keep at once for safety reasons and although it means they book up quickly, I am thankful that they pride safety over too many dogs. He has the tendency to be a little anxious but when we get to Ruths he just goes mental with excitement and he is always so tired on pick up. I know they take amazing care of my boy and I know I can trust them to keep all the dogs safe, exercised and happy. Cannot say enough fantastic things about this place!

The reservation process was very easy and the owners were so accommodating and flexible with our drop off time (with border traffic we ended up arriving around 9p). Our dog absolutely had a blast as he came bounding out with Jeff when we came to retrieve him. Dogs are crated overnight, which wasn't a big deal for us but I was afraid Ollie may have issues since he hasn't been crated since he was a puppy. No issues were reported so I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem with other dogs. We would certainly use Ruth's Pet Hotel again in the future!

Half an hour before we were due to drop the dogs off our big guy got a big cut and needed stitches. Rob and Val were great with the sudden change in care. They tended to his wound while we were away giving us daily updates and photos. It was a weight off our shoulders knowing he was in good hands. The other one had endless play time and got to socialize with the other dogs. The only problem was how depressed they both were the day after we were home; moping on their beds!! We highly recommend these guys, they are respectful of every dogs needs and do whatever they can to make your dogs stay as enjoyable as possible. Not to mention they are just great people! They have a shuttle service from Horseshoe Bay from Vancouver pets coming to Nopawblems Care, so book early always! The best is worth it. Reasonably priced, excellent staff, good food or bring your own. I have trusted her with several daycare 11-4 p.m. Just to see her getting used to the other dogs, kennel and owners. She's highly sensitive husky mix. It took a few visits. We got to a weekend, a week and one ten day stay. When the last thing you want to worry about on vacation, on a tight budget, is your dogs well-being ... I trust Nopawblems. She's is a little highly stimulated each time. She prefers home. But she's not upset or frightened. I am secure with my choice. If anything comes up she is in the best hands.

I took one of my young dogs to a session with Joyce for help with his aggressive behaviour. I had sought help previously from a series of recommended trainers and vets. In one session,Joyce provided me more help than all the others combined. One of my very old ( 16+) dogs refused to eat one day. Realizing that this was not normal for him, and knowing his age, and after trying unsuccessfully to reach me, they took him into their home and sat with him. He passed away peacefully in a few hours, in the company of loving humans. After speaking to me, they took him to a local vet and had him cremated and gave me the ashes. It was a hard sad time, and I cannot imagine a better way to end a long life. This is absolutely the best place for a dog to be. The only drawback is that they are so good- and it is not easy to get a space.

I am very disappointed with these guys. I don't book my dog for regular walks with these guys, just…read moreoccasionally when I work extended hours and don't want my pooch to be locked in my house for 11 hours without the ability to relieve himself. I received a confirmation text from the owner for 2 walks in 1 week. I left money in the usual spot and was surprised to see it still there when i got home from work. I contacted Whistler Dog Walkers to find out what happened, they openly admitted to forgetting to pick up my dog and did not offer any apology or compensation. Later that evening, Whistler Dog Walkers owner called to inform me that they were not going to walk my dog the following day (contradicting the confirmation text sent 2 days prior) and I was informed that they were no longer doing casual walks...If i wanted to use their service I had to book in for several days a week for the entire winter. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and from my experience...uncaring about your pet.
