This place of business is a joke. I was told that my insurance was accepted here so I started receiving treatment. Once I stopped treatments for several months I received a bill over $400 that stated payments were "overdue". I had never received a bill before nor was I made aware that the insurance was not paying. They let me continue to receive care as I was under the impression that my insurance was paying. It took them a year to notify me and then I was left with a very expensive bill. I called my insurance company who told me that this chiropractor in fact was NOT in network. I called the chiropractors office to question this and I was told that my insurance was in network. I was then referred to the billing person who works from her home??? I called and left several messages with no return call. When I called the office back after making several attempts to talk with the billing person Kayla talked to me with attitude and annoyance. Even though this was their fault, the office made NO attempt to rectify this problem. I received a phone call back from the billing person only after I said I would be calling the Better Business Bureau. read more
