There was never an issue with the payment process and every time I had a request, the owner far exceeded my expectations. This is an honest business that delivers; the apartment was comfortable, clean and the extra layer of comfort made it feel like home. I had a long stay, but they also offer daily rates. The set up is very simple and you can make reservations online. I 'm planning to rent from them every time I come back to Charleston. This high level of professionalism, comfort, and privacy will be very hard to match by any hotel. I've traveled nonstop with the military the last 15 years, stayed at many hotels all over the world and staying at this apartment in North Charleston was by far the nicest experience I ever had. PLEASE DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!! They sent me a…read moretext on a Saturday saying they were terminating my lease. No one answered my calls or told me why until the following Monday. The owner's of the house were disrespectful and downgrading to my boyfriend and I when we were forced to move out for no reason (which they legally don't have to give) but told me continuously they would work with me through this transition and have not yet once. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service and support along with horrible owners they rent for. PLEASE find another company or someone else to rent through!
