He didn't acknowledge us while he had a conversation. The work phone rang he continued talking on his cell. Once he hung up he told us of the sale again the work phone rang again he didn't answer. He got back on his cell we asked a question he didn't answer I guess he didn't hear us.

There were three employees standing in a circle right behind us in the middle of the store leaning on the clothing racks and having what must have been a very deep conversation b/c not one of them asked us if we needed help finding anything. We waited patiently for at least five minutes. After realizing they were not at all concerned with our needs, we walked out and one of them actually smiled at me and nodded as though he were wishing me farewell, completely oblivious that they waved off a guaranteed shoe sell.

The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, without over crowded racks. I had the chance to talk with the store manager, who told me that this is the first location in the US. EKKO is a Sri Lankan brand with shop locations there and in India. It was nice to think that I wasn't going to run into lots of people with the same dress as me, and totally a win for my teenage niece who was stoked to have a more unique dress.
