I also paid the required $30 upfront. The first issue was the location. The address posted for the business is 315 E Avenue G, Killeen, TX, which was not the location I was ultimately given. I was instead directed to 3010 S Fort Hood Street. Because of the confusion with the address and the location itself, I explained when I arrived that I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended and asked if I could remain there while it was being detailed. The manager working at the time told me that was fine. They eventually began detailing my vehicle. Approximately 10 minutes later, a man who identified himself as the "co-owner," Dominic, approached me and asked, "Is this your car?" I told him yes. He then responded, "Get it the f*** out of here." I did not argue or escalate the situation. I simply said "cool," asked for his name, got into my vehicle, and left. Regardless of the circumstances, I find it completely unacceptable for a co-owner of a business to speak to a paying customer that way, especially after I had scheduled an appointment, paid the required fee, communicated my concerns respectfully, and received permission from the manager to stay with my vehicle. The conflicting addresses, lack of professionalism, and the way I was spoken to made this an extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment with TopCarDetailing to get my Toyota Corolla's interior deep cleaned. It was filled with both of my dogs' hair, and the seats were badly stained. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Bobby and Joshua were the two guys that took up the job. What I received was not only a fantastic service that exceeded my expectations, but also the best customer service experience I've ever had. Both Bobby and Joshua were extremely kind, prompt, transparent, and skilled at their professions. I will absolutely be using TopCarDetailing again because of their work. Thank you so much!
