Donna the owner is RUDE, the employees are RUDE, the food is TERRIBLE. The staff they have are uninterested in helping you, for example we attended a wedding there about 3 weeks ago and this bigger woman, an attendant or something or other, Kaitlyn, was the most ASANINE, IMMATURE and LAZY employee I have EVER met. I could see other attendant s being kind and courteous but she stood out like a sore thumb, bumbling filled glasses of tea, spilling drips on my nephew, kicked him while turning around (this knocked him over) and she offered no apology, i didnt hear one. Another employee Mike was so brain dead he couldn't remember to bring my table out some coffee I had asked for literally hours before, he got to every table around us and skipped ours, he also acted like a two year old when I asked him about it, he "huffed and puffed" hi's way back into there backroom and still we had gotten NO coffee. I talked to the owner Donna and she offered no reprieve. Saying condolences and that she would do something about it, I seen no change whatsoever. Kaitlyn, I believe her name was (you see, they don't wear name tags so I had to ask everyone's names) as long NEVER brought out some better silverware because our particular tables silverwear was rusty and spotty and my mother's fork still had a piece of lettuce stuck to it. Napkins dirty, floor sticky, gum on the edges of my chair (it was stuck to my pants, I had no change of clothes) I finally went to the back area to get the coffee myself and everyone, I MEAN EVERYONE was just sitting there on their phones without a care in the world. I have a serious problem with the way this establishment is run and they charge VERY HIGH prices for this so-called service. NEVER WILL I EAT HERE, NEVER WILL I HOLD ANY SORT OF APPEARANCE THERE, WHAT A CATASTROPHE. Really! Attended a few meals here a few times with friends, once and then with family and again with them during the holiday season and EVERY SINGLE TIME I came here the food was atrocious, I had tried bits and shared food so I've tried more dishes here than I dined in, there are various types of cuisine but cuisine IT IS NOT!...really needs some work.

What was ENTIRELY disappointing and unacceptable was the cake itself. It was over baked, and the outside edges were brown. BROWN. Needless to say the cake was dry and lacked the flavor I and my friend had tasted in the past. My friend told me that the filling flavors were even wrong. I'd sent the owner some ideas of what I was hoping for, and she took all the best inspiration from each and delivered a very cool looking dino cake. And the taste? This cake is the BEST I've tasted from a bakery. So moist, very flavorful, neat crumb, just spectacular. The cake exceeded my already high expectations! She even showed us a best practice for cutting the cake into squares since it was 3 layers. Super helpful.
