I have been using this pharmacy for several years. At 70 years of age I have had experience with dozens of parmacies around the world. Although I have never been directly to the Store I have conducted numerous transactions by phone for medications that are important for my health. I would rate them a solid A. The staff is excellent on the phone and in execution. With one question they can see my history, will be able to find my prescription and in a moment give me an update as to delivery. Several years ago I had a last minute change in travel plans and had to ask them if my medications could be delived the same day even though they are over an hour away by car. I was assuming the answer would be no and was surprised to learn of a special delivery service provided by another N.J. company and much to my relief my medications were delivered just in time for me to take them along on my travels. read more

Mom & Pop pharmacy with staff and pharmacists that actually know and care for their customers - I switched from CVS because of the customer service that the team provides. Would have given them a 5* but seeing as they give great customer service, they tend to get inundated with orders to fill. Nevertheless, it's worth the wait and they always welcome with a hello (insert your name here) ... my go to pharmacy for sure! Thanks White Oak for all you do! read more

Never any trouble with my prescriptions, their hours are convenient and deliveries are always on time.

Asked them to refill a script last week, no response. Had doctor reach out to resend script, no response. Emailed them since I was working and couldn't call, no response. Tried to check out online, there was a processing error. Finally got in touch with someone, was told too late, we will call in the morning. No call. Reached out to get script filled and politely asked them to waive their same day delivery fee since I had no medicine, and been reaching out for days " we can't do that". I feel like I'm being held hostage because my normal medicine isn't available and have to go tho these inept bozos. They are lucky I have no other choice, but they are a terribly run business. ZERO STARS HERE...White Oak Pharmacy that my family has used and trusted for many years is now the absolute worst. They NEVER answer the phone, they take days to fill a prescription, and depending on the day you're there are nasty and rude. Today was the last straw. My husband was in desperate need of his prescription and they were supposed to be open until 7 o'clock. 4:55 he was walking to the door just as the clerk was approaching to lock it. He asked if he could please just pick up his prescription as it was imperative, and the guy said no and locked the door. I don't know if they are new owners or what, but we have never been treated this way in our 30 years of using white oak. They have just lost loyal customers. read more

Drove 30 mins for a $40 covid test. Waited in the cold for 2 hours then was told I should hear back within 3 hours. It's now been 5.5 hours and the store is closed and I have yet to hear back. I called multiple times and they just kept saying it should be another hour. read more

There's a small parking lot in the rear. The store is clean and the shelves look like they're dusted regularly. There's your usual pharmacy items but not a wide variety. The employees are polite and accommodating. read more

I totally love white oak Pharmacy they are always fantastic ...let me tell you the owner great guy but I must tell you Brian and Dan are by far the anchors of that location... I cannot tell you how many times the two of them have been there to get things taken care of in a rapid manner....last min calls.... they are always there in short notice... if I need to pop in from work they wait dan has personally delivered things as needed.... Brian never leaves Dan stuck there alone... those two are the best team anyone can ask to have as employees... together you guys are Top Notch for sure ....I'm so grateful I started to work with white oak it's maybe 6 years ago ... I feel like I've been with them forever the relationship that's has been built is phenomenal....if you can't trust your Pharmacy is never a good thing... and I can trust them completely through and through... thank you Brian thank you Dan for all that you guys have done and continue to do for everyone everyday..!!! read more

Ordered a prescription almost a week ago and nothing.Good thing this was not a medication I needed right away.Will not be using this pharmacy again.Just hoping to get the prescription I paid $90 .What's the saying you get what you pay for.So true! read more

Great customer service ! One of my daughter's medications was priced over $500 at one of the chains. White Oak worked my Dr. and insurance to get it down to my normal co - pay. The staff is super nice. I will always use them over the chains stores from now on! read more

They are horrible at customer service. You will be lucky if they even return on a voicemail. I have left two voicemails and a text to them over the course of several days with all of my information. It takes them sometimes up to 3-5 days to respond even when they are open/before Covid. Even if they promise overnight shipping because they didn't refill your prescription in time, their deliveries are always late. This is the third month straight I have had issues with my medication being delivered to the right place and on time. This is the second month in a row where I have had to stop taking a medication I need daily in order to function because they are late with the delivery. I do not recommend this place at all. Especially if you need a medication on time, like one that has a lot of side effects, blood pressure medication or can go through withdrawal from. read more

It pains me to write this review, but this is not Frank's white oak anymore. This place is dreadful- Vic has a horrible attitude- and they can't count. I have been a customer of this pharmacy since before I was born- but i can't do it anymore. They cause more stress than they do care- and it is just not worth it. Done. read more

White Oak Pharmacy offers exceptional customer service. Vic the owner is understanding, professional and truly demonstrates appreciation for his customers. I was referred to White Oak by my doctors office. Having experienced customer service with other pharmacy's I am able to compare services. Vic was able to work out all of my insurance issues and facilitate the process to get my medication. When I explained I was leaving for vacation, Vic had my prescription delivered right away to my house and made me feel so confident that I would be traveling with the medications necessary. From now on I will be ordering my prescriptions with White Oak because they make the stress of filling prescriptions easy. My specialist told me to use this pharmacy and was sending script to them, even though I gave him my own pharmacy info. Had to wait more than 24 hours for them to contact me. Then they said they would deliver next day. After I asked them to please forward script to my own pharmacy, they said they'd deliver it later same day. Only to have delivery guy ask me if I don't have a pharmacy closer to me, that it took him over an hour to get to me. Really don't recommend them. If doctor tells you they're sending script to them, insist they don't. read more

So many mistakes! Unacceptable! My prescription for blood pressure came with an explanation of the drug that was for a cancer drug! One month they sent the wrong dosage of my medication. My friend just used them and was given a totally different blood pressure drug and dosage than was prescribed! read more

Yelp needs to add negative ratings. Pharmacy is horrible. Had script called in 1 week ago by doctor, I confirm address 2 hours later. Called 3 times and was always told it is coming tomorrow. Guess what ? Tomorrow came and was gone three times and still no medicine. read more

By far the best pharmacy around. They treat you with respect and they are very courteous. They also deliver. They answer all of your questions and don't act like you are bothering them. So much more professional than the big chains like CVS or Rite Aid. read more

This pharmacy is terrible. I went to my doctor on Tuesday and was prescribed an ABX that was to be mailed to me by White Oak Pharmacy. They were supposed to call to confirm within 24 hours of my appt, which of course they did not. So, I call Thursday morning to provide my information and request the script be filled and processed and the woman on the phone seemed utterly bewildered and confused at what she was doing on the phone. Eventually we 'supposedly' get on the same page and she says the ABX should be at my house Friday or Saturday the latest, which of course it does not. So, now my sample of the ABX (provided by the DR) has run out and I'm currently going on 3 days without my ABX (for my elbow BTW which is extremely infected), and I get a call on Monday night at 7:45 PM from another woman at the pharmacy asking to confirm the same information I've already provided. So, I do so as a formality and then the woman says: "Ok, it will be $10 co-pay, how would you like to pay?" I'm getting pretty upset at this point and I say credit card / invoice I don't care either one. She obliges and then politely and happily says ok! your request has been processed and should arrive by Wednesday (so a week and one day since my DRs appointment). I cut her short and say - Woah woah woah - my request JUST got processed!? I've been without my ABX for 3-4 days now and it just got processed!? I spoke to someone last week who said it was to be delivered last Friday/Saturday the latest. And she says that there was no co-pay that was paid and no notes on the account. I did my best to try and hold my frustration telling the woman it is unheard of that my order wasn't processed and I've been without ABX because a $10 co-pay wasn't setttled and they could have issued an invoice this whole time. Long-story-long, I've never had a worse experience with a functioning business let alone a pharmacy whose sole purpose is to provide aid to its clientele in a timely fashion. God bless the people that use this pharmacy. I will be sure to tell my DR to discontinue using them. read more
