Interior is not large, but they use the available space well. Paradox has a wall of new pull books and many shortboxes of back issues. Above these shortboxes are a fair selection of toys and collectables. Behind the counter are Pop Vinyl's, variant comic covers, and wall books. They also sell some sports cards and collectable card games. Employee was helpful and knowledgeable. This is a good small shop that has just about everything you would want out of a local comic shop.

Blue Skies Pottery has been on my radar for a while. I no longer live in Hoboken, but still really wanted to try my hand at their wheel course! For 2 hours, you get to done an apron, and learn from one of their very kind and patient instructors. We first made a bowl but mine somehow did not make it to the actual bowl stage. I was encouraged by the intructor saying that going too far is what pottery is all about. Why play it safe when you can just mush it back into a big ball and start over. So try 2 was for a vase! Sure it's short and swirly and imperfect but I personally love it and it now holds all of my make up brushes proudly. Their beginners course is $75 for a two hour lesson. You can choose to fire your piece or pieces for an additional $15 a piece. So really the wonky vase you think looks silly is actually a $90 ceramic masterpiece... You pick them up a month later and marvel at the fact that this was just a blob of clay 30 days prior. I'm now soooo excited to try one of the 6 week courses and get better and better, but really just mostly love the idea of working with my hands uninterrupted each week. Each class holds a maximum of 8 people (please don't be late). This was always something I wanted to do ever since I saw the film, Ghost. Sue makes it a point to know everyone's name from the start but she gave me a special one...mom, because I came with my 21 year old son. Lol. She kept the entire class laughing throughout by getting to know each of us personally. I really enjoyed the group we were with. I already knew that I wanted to make a bowl so I can display it in my home. I wound up with a little dish instead. On my 2nd attempt I was like okay, you got this, you can make a bowl. I must have put too much pressure on the clay while going too fast on the pedal. Sue shouts out...look at mom go, she made another good looking plate. I guess I can use it as a jewelry dish. The pieces need time to dry. Choose the colors you want on the wall and they will glaze it for you. You pick up the finished pieces in 4 weeks. Please check out their website for prices. This was an introduction session but they also have weekly classes. I thought it was so sweet of Sue to ask if I had fun. I replied...I sure did because YOU made it fun for all of us!!! I highly recommend this activity if you've never done it before. I found it very therapeutic. You will also have the softest skin ever after you wash the clay off your hands. I had a blast. This place is located in Hoboken, NJ, hometown of Frank Sinatra. It's full of tree lined streets, cafes, and amazing restaurants. So come make a day out of it.

I COMPLETELY AGREE. and a big thank you because her review and photo led me to make the trip and I'm so glad I did. The Rahway warehouse is a fabric lover's dream. I recently was told about a 40% off sale of bolt fabric and ran down on a Sunday to fall in love with aisle after aisle of amazing choices. I found the stock very well organized by color - and then for instance all the silk choices were organized in a separate section. Easy to locate and view the selections. And the discount bins filled with yards of high quality fabrics for $10!! Your head will spin with all the creations your imagination will take off with while you aret here. One of my best friends I discovered has all her suits made from the suiting fabrics available here. Talk about keeping a great find secret..... My highest recommendation for fabrics. (Also I met some costume designers there on my visit who were purchasing the amazing faux fur fabrics. They too said the prices were the best.) Go and enjoy for yourself!

I have been frequenting video game stores since the days of FuncoLand, so I know a thing or two…read more(and I'm also perhaps showing my age). This is one of the better GameStop locations, in my opinion. The store is well-stocked with a large selection for all of the contemporary platforms. In addition, it is organized well. What I believe makes the difference in this location is their choice of staff. Their staff are kind, courteous, helpful, polite, and involved. This cannot be said for all locations, and this is why I choose this one. The personal touch is truly appreciated. Prices are on par with what you'd expect. However, there is value in this place versus shopping online, in my opinion, given the wonderful staff.
