WOW!!! Is all I can say about this merchant. I ordered a pillow, coasters and a Christmas ornament with a picture of my daughters new house. Order was processed quickly, first with a proof of the picture to OK and then delivery scheduled. Not only do the items I ordered exceed my expectations but the service I received was above and beyond. I ordered items at an event this past Saturday (Nov. 19) to be delivered before Thanksgiving (Nov. 24!) They were printed and mailed out early Monday morning for overnight delivery by the USPS but the PO did not deliver until Wednesday. Laurie IMMEDIATELY fully refunded the delivery charge. When the package arrived, they were packed professionally and I couldn't be happier. She is a hands on merchant and strives for perfection and satisfaction.
