He had such a great price for what I was asking like new floor, take the texture off the walls, new lights, vanity, etc. The communication was amazing during the whole process. His attention to detail blew me out of the water. He went above and beyond many times and found other problems I didn't think were a big deal like the wall outlet smoking and being melted. Now my bathroom outlet works amazing and I no longer have a fire hazard in there. I love my new bathroom so much. Mike and his team can renovate anything, and they can fix anything. I will be using this company again for many other repairs and projects around my house. I can't thank them enough for all their help and making my house more into a home. I highly recommend them.

I found this company and the owner Mike came out right away to give me some estimates. He was a cool guy. Like a bro. He appreciated my man cave. I decided to hire him. He fixed some doors around the house, a couple random things like lose faucets, the whole on the wall (don't have kids people), and painted the one room the kids took permanent marker to. He is very reasonably priced. The kids loved him. I will definitely use him again as my kids continue to run wild making the house look like a tornado hit it. The wife is happy and I am no longer nagged every day about fixing this or that. I joked with her about using Floor to Ceiling Renovations and Mike to hang a mirror above the bed. The company painting the house referred us to Justin. I must admit that I wasn't happy with the lack of communication at first but once we got into contact with each other, it was all good. Justin did a great job replacing some of the siding. My house is old and he was able to make it look brand new. The painters had already completed that portion of the house and Justin made sure he painted the areas he replaced. He also noticed some of my foundation needed tuck pointing and he offered to do that for a fair price. I have other siding boards that will need replacing soon so I'll give Justin a call first.

Todd always let me know what time the service providers would be coming and came to introduce each one of them before they began their work. Each individual on the service team acted professionally and gave me no cause for concern, and our project was finished according to the projected cost estimate and the projected time frame of approximately one week. When there were little design concerns or tweaks to be made along the way, Todd was quick to take care of them. Aspects of this company that I found unique among others were that (1) they were able to begin our project much sooner than others, (2) they offered computerized drawings of the project to help us visualize it and know we were on the same page, and (3) they were always quick to respond to our calls and emails. We can highly recommend them!

Their construction managers are rarely on-site and never send communication unless prompted and ownership has failed to compensate for their errors or improve the quality of their service
