After…read moregetting 3 or 4 quotes from local contractors, I decided to go with Pro City Painting because their pricing was fair (least expensive), the estimator was friendly and answered all of my questions and they were responsive in setting the initial appt and following up when I had questions or concerns. Also, since several of my exterior trim boards needed to be replaced and re-caulked (which I did myself to save $), I did most of that work before they arrived to power wash the trim. However, I still had bottom trim pieces for the posts on our front porch to replace and caulk. They were willing to work around me as I finished my work so they could begin painting. The 3-man crew was friendly, courteous, flexible and open to feedback throughout the entire job. They finished the job in 2 1/2 days instead of 2 because I also had them paint my garage door, front door and the crown molding for our front porch ceiling. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I did find several spots on the front door side light, post trim and garage door trim where you could see through the new paint color even after 2 coats of paint were applied. I'm thinking either those spots were only done with 1 coat by accident or the 2nd coat was applied too thin. The good news is they came back out to my house after I reported the issue and fully addressed it. They even let me keep the rest of the unused paint for future touchups when needed. Overall, our home exterior trim looks great now thanks to the guys at Pro City Painting! I'd recommend them if you're looking for someone to paint your exterior trim for a fair price using high quality paint (Sherwin Williams Duration) while doing quality work. I didn't need any interior painting done since I did all that work myself as well a few years ago. Thanks to Mike, Dave and all the guys I worked with @ PCP to get this project done! Appreciate it!

We hired him to paint all of our house's interior trim white in 2017 - it was an enormous endeavor. He even came back after he was finished to touch up numerous spots. We hired him to paint the rest of the interior of our house in 2019. In 2020, we used him again to paint our house's exterior and to repair/replace some siding. This guy is reliable, and his prices are fair. Most importantly, though, when you hire Brian and his company, you know that the job is going to get done and that you're going to get great work. He's been my go-to painter all these years for good reason!

I had attempted to paint some areas myself over the years and decided it was beyond me. Especially the siding on the 2nd floor. Antwon came out promptly twice because I had more questions after the first evaluation. The time estimate was 3 days. It was very hot that week but still completed on time. I was there for last day of painting to walk through. Antwon noticed things I did not including accent trim on the front threshold and lamp post. Did not charge more for the 2nd color. Also painted gutters. Nothing was left out. I have a 3 year warranty so after the winters I can see if there is need for touch up. Such a relief to have this project finished.
