I asked them to reschedule someone else out as our new floors were buckling and delays would only cause further damage. They refused to help.., in fact, the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. I called back and a different lady answered and I told her that that the lady I was speaking with prior to her had hung up on me. She suggested that maybe I had been "a little short with her" to which I explained I was only trying to describe the severity of my problem. This company, from my personal experience, is sadly a total joke and very unprofessional. Thousands of dollars of new flooring going down the drain because they can't schedule their work properly. They came out end of October and again the end of November because our sewer backed up again. When they came the 2nd time they charged us - even though it was within 30 days because they did not find anything. Called Rotor Rooter today as it backed up again. They found 3 big blocks (roots) and several smaller ones. My husband called Ready Rooter and they refused to do anything!! Sorry Tim - not sure who is running the business but won't be using it anymore.
