The plumber came in looked at the faucet and shower head to replace and said "I don't have the right tools" then left to get them. Came back 40 minutes later and said the parts we had would not fit, left again to go to Lowes, came back and had a part to put the old faucet back on. Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. But the question was where was s all this water going. Come to find out it was the tank on top of the water heater. So they found where it was leaking and fixed the problem. I went the next day to pay and she sad they were coming back out to check the pressure of the tank to make sure it was fixed. I get over there to inspect there work I wasn't pleased how they left the old tank in front of the place and left the water meter still uncovered. Still waiting on them to finish there inspection. I called ITS Plumbing to fix a water line break. They did fix the waterline break, but, in the…read moreprocess tore up the water sprinkler system and then just covered it up and left. They said nothing about the sprinkler system before they left. We thought they put the sprinkler hoses back together. When I called them about fixing what they broke, - they said they don't fix sprinkler systems. OK, but 1) they should have told us that instead of closing up the hole they dug and just leaving it broken!!!. It cost us another $800 to call another company to come out and dig the same hole again to put the pipes to the sprinkler system back together. These are nice guys, but, need to be upfront on what they aren't going to do.

Was imformed that weekend service would be $185 for labor to start which is totaly acceptable by me. Tech came out and quickly troubleshot the problem as a bad condensor fan motor run capacitor which you can pickup for about $50 ....( part houses arent open on weekends for homeowners) and the tech was done in 20 minutes. I gave them 2 stars because the Tech was good, other wise I would give them ZERO stars. What they dont tell you is they do roughly a 700% markup on parts, so I was charged $378 for that $50 capacitor. Not the Techs fault so waited for Monday morning to call the owner, spoke with his secretary who transfered me to his voice mail and Don Kinder the owner apparently felt no need to call me back.
