On the first one, I called a different company, who said the leak was in the middle of our kitchen slab, and we were going to have to remove cabinets and replace tile flooring. I got a second opinion from Cox, and they located the leak under a wall between the garage and the kitchen. I asked them to repair and they could access the leak in the slab from the garage side in the exact spot where they said it was located. About six months later we had another leak. Cox was my first call. They marked a spot in the yard between the meter and the house. Justin placed the probe in the spot that he said was the center of the leak. He was equipped to repair the leak and began to excavate. A small hole was found in the main water line in the EXACT place where he placed the probe. Hope we don't have any more leaks, but if we do, Cox will always be my first call! Thanks.
