They have been on top of potential threats, decent hours, and the staff at the Red Lion PA branch is the reason I have gone from 1 account to 5. They know me by name, treat me with respect but by and large Jean has been amazing. Any concerns I have with an account or limitations I have due to disabilities are addressed and more importantly followed through. For example today I was parked outside and I was not able to easily come in she was kind enough to aid me outside without being asked. I was unable to use drive through due to the physical weight of a transacation. Thank you Ms. Jean

You would think that after at least 10 years of this nonsense, they would get a clue. Nope. Update 2/16/2026: "Immediate transfers can be initiated between the hours of 8am and 10:30pm ET" So if you tried to do the advertised 'IMMEDIATE' transfer, like I did at 11:00pm, too bad. Just to be fair, I am greatly appauled with the customer service I received in all the banks as…read morewell as over the phone. I could not get any assistance with closing my account even after I walked into the bank. I walked out thouroughly angry and frustrated and figured that after 6 months of inactivity my account would close. Now, I am getting calls regarding a negative balance on the account and it's been well over a year since I switched to Federal Credit Union.
