I have always ushered my neighbors and event planners to always order from a local business, but as a veteran offering $1 off from a $13 delivery fee! That is a rip off. I am sorry but I guess this is why manufacture stores are getting more consumer business because they can offer more of a discount to veterans. I am sorry but if you are a Military Vet, I suggest going elsewhere with your money as supporting local doesn't help. It's bad enough that as vets some are on a small budget and can't afford to pay almost $6 for one 5 Gal. purified spring water bottle. let alone the cost for a water dispenser rental costing $13. so I have been paying $68 a month for 5- 5 gal purified water, a bottom loader water cooler, a $12 delivery fee (because I get $1 off) and about $8 in taxes. Our experience with this company started off great. We got our water delivered every other week which was perfect. It all went downhill when we were out of the country for a few weeks. We cancelled a couple of deliveries because we wasn't home and didn't need water. When we got back, we tried to get a delivery and to our surprise they cancelled our account. They said we called in and told them to cancel but that's not correct. They couldn't tell us who called and cancelled nor did they send an email saying our account was being cancelled. The only correspondence we received was a bill for $200 because we didn't return the water machine. We tried calling multiple times to fix the situation but no one answers the phone. They do all business through email apparently. Don't recommend using this company read more

I had subscribed to White Water several months ago because of Covid-19 and the restrictions on buying water in bulk at many stores. I am giving 2 starts solely based on the nice delivery guys and customer service reps on the phone. The first few months was fine. I received my deliveries of cases of water by the gallon on somewhat of a regular schedule (although they could not always pin down the exact date that it would be delivered). The price was reasonable for the amount of water I was buying. Two months in a row, I received water that either smelled rancid from the start, immediately upon opening the bottle, or in other cases, a few days after first opening the bottle. The first month it happened, I sent a few bottles back with the delivery man. The next month, the same thing happened. I called to complain and spoke with a male at Whitewater and at that time, cancelled my service. He said to save the bottles and they would pick them up for testing. I waited 2 weeks and nobody picked them up. I then dumped out the water and recycled the containers. Shortly after that, a White Water rep emailed me and asked why I had cancelled my service. I emailed back and told her about the smelly water. She asked if I still had the water. I told her no and that was the end of it. I feel like there is a big lack of communication at this company. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other hand is doing. I am very disappointed with Whitewater. read more

Horrible service, miss the deliveries constantly. When they reschedule they charge an additional fee. 3 times now instead of doing the delivery they come and pick up the bottles and leave nothing. You would think this company merged with sparkletts now, the way they dont care about keeping customers. read more

Delivery prices keep going up-and-up and up and the bottle prices go up.. Plus there's a $3 office administration fee now on my invoice :( I'm gonna have to start looking for another water company soon :( read more

We have been using the White Water service for years and over the last 12 months the service has becoming completely unreliable. We rent our coolers from the company and when one began leaking we requested a replacement. We were assured on three different occasions that a replacement would be delivered. On each instance they failed to deliver and did not call. Each time I had to follow up and each time they had an excuse. They also missed our schedule delivery which has left us without any water. When I called the afternoon of the delivery I was assured that the driver would be delivering to us and not to worry. Again no delivery and no phone call. Obviously there are other companies in the Phoenix area providing the same service and relatively the same price. Unfortunately we will be exploring our options as we so much sensitive to price as we our reliability. read more

Far too expensive, raised prices within the first few months I was a customer, hefty "administrative fees", some of the bottles were very worn down/scuffed up, one was outright defective. Billing issues. Not worth the hassle or the very high prices. Nice delivery people though. read more

I have been using White Water since 2021. For about 9 months, White Water has been delivering the wrong product for me because they updated to a web ordering system last November. When I found that out, White Water offered no apology. Several hundred dollars worth of wrong orders and not even a penny back. This is truly a terrible company. read more

They would not stop delivering bottles even when I didn't want them and I had no place to put them anymore so the only way I could get them to stop delivering and charging me was to stop paying the bills until I got caught up on water usage. I informed them I would let the account go 'on hold' until I got caught up and they said that was ok, then they cancelled my account despite saying that. Its been a battle with them for almost the entire 2 years I have used them. Glad to be rid of them. read more

Love the water, simple and easy process to order. They're always responsive when you have a question or concern. I don't know why anybody that needs home delivered. Employees are kind. Water is delivered in a timely manner and tastes great. My only complaint is their system for online payment is not user friendly. I don't like to call in to pay bills. I'm busy and online payments work better for my schedule. Thus the 4th star. I am keeping my service because everything else is fine. They just need to step into the technology age. read more

The use of their "portal" makes getting water delivered a major pain. Just deliver the bottles once a month. Don't send emails and texts all the time. I shouldn't have to respond all the time. JUST DELIVER THE DAMN BOTTLES ONCE A MONTH. read more

I signed up with this local company because the reviews for Sparklettes were terrible, and I thought if I went with a smaller company, I would get better customer service and could avoid headache. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. As other reviewers have said, they're billing and customer service needs a HUGE overhaul. It's like they're systems are completely outdated or something, because every time I call them to report an issue or to get clarification on an issue (6 times now in a few months!) you can tell their system is not streamlined and the woman on the phone has no idea what's going on. It's SOOOO frustrating. Update your systems, send out delivery notices or texts, something! The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they're delivery guys are really nice, and yes, the water tastes good! But geez, if I knew I was going to have to go through the headache of dealing with mis-deliveries and confusion with billing etc, I would have just gone with Spaklettes and saved myself a lot of money! You can definitely tell the difference between the a local company and the big national yahoos. Service is great. When you call someone actually answers the phone. No auto attendant or menus or "para la prensa española dos". Just good ole fashion American service. Water is good, equipment is good, delivery drives is friendly as is everyone I've talked to at White Water. The only issue I've had is I occasionally get a past due notification or an invoice with an amount due, when they have my credit card on file. No big deal...a quick phone call and the problem is gone. read more

Unimpressed by their customer service and both of the women that I spoke to on the phone were rude and abrasive. I understand that you are busy but customers don't pay for YOUR mistakes. I selected White Water in Phoenix because it's locally owned. The water is fine and the service used to be decent. However, the service has deteriorated. First, they radically cut delivery during the winter holiday season, when you may have houseguests and need them most. They used to provide an individualized paper calendar showing your delivery dates for the year, and you could tape it to the dispenser and always know your delivery date at a quick glance. Now they are too lazy to do that so they give you one large calendar with all sorts of dots and marks by which you have to try to figure out your delivery dates, and of course this thing doesn't fit if you tape it to the dispenser, and I am amazed it hasn't gotten lost. Also, the driver used to text you the day before delivery to remind you to get your bottles out - that was so great. Now, of course, they don't do that any more. Worse yet, they have gotten so cheap that they don't even provide bottles with structural integrity. The last 5-gallon bottle from them had a crack in it, covered by a sticker with the White Water logo. Today I found that the floor in our house was flooded, either because the bottle leaked or the dispenser leaked. Either way, White Water's "service" has become totally intolerable. I literally right now am investigating the installation of a whole-house water filter in my house. Adios, White Water. You totally blew it not because of the taste of the water, but because of your intolerably bad service and inexcusable use of leaky bottles. read more

They constantly over bring water, and charge you for it. I canceled, and they tried too charge me 2 times for 2 months I wasn't getting water, and somehow they are saying I had 17, 5 gallon bottles that weren't returned, that much couldn't possibly fit in my 500 sq/ft apt. Idk if it is management, or the driver not writing it down. But they constantly try to charge you for things you don't want no matter how many times you call. I switched to White Water delivery service in September 2021 when my old service raised their price to $13.00 per bottle of spring water. It was very easy to set up the account and they have since delivered accurately and on time. The customer service rep Shelly did a tremendous job in assisting me. Well this is the second time in a row my delievery my has been postponed due to lack of drivers or someone out sick. I am trying to be patient of course but last time it took 5 days to get my water. I'm 63 I have to drink a lot f water for health issues and is why I use a delivery service instead of buying multiple cases of water that I can not lift. I understand the employee shortages happening all over but as the consumer they should make every attempt not to make customers wait multiple days to go with out water in the desert! read more

Things with billing have been a huge disaster multiple times. We ended up with way more bottles than we had ordered and wanted to charge us for the extra bottles. When I called to clarify the issue, they kept trying to explain away the problem. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more established company. read more

The portal they want customers to use is very awkward and inconvenient. It makes ordering and cancelling drop offs irritating. I recently forgot to cancel a drop off on the portal and put empty jugs outside with a note saying I did not need any and they left me two more anyway. Wouldn't recommend! read more

This company USED to be good, my driver was super nice and helpful. People in the office were helpful. Now? we agree with the other reviewer, the woman who answer the phone are rude and extremely abrasive. They don't even attempt to help you out if you're in a fix, they did in the past. I called them and asked if they could deliver today, (it's delivery day), told them we were down with COVID and forgot to put in our order. In the past, it was never a problem because drivers ALWAYS carry more than they need, just in case. Her response was a flat out NO, said rudely and again, very abrasively. She didn't care we were home sick, for over two weeks, didn't say hope youre better, just NO! To top things off, LISTEN TO US CYSTOMERS when we tell you that their bottles are ALWAYS dirty, scuffed up, and will often leak. Weve also had problems with TWO of their water coolers, which ended up leaking, TWICE, all over our kitchen floor. They changed ownership and service STINKS! They DONT care, are rude and any time I need to call them, it causes me too much anxiety cause I know how they are. Find another company....Costco is cheaper and delivers...so does sparkletts. There is NO excuse for rotten service.....we are done with them and you should look elsewhere. Shame too, gives woman a bad rap, but I'd NEVER treat customer, let alone anyone with such a uncaring attitude. They obviously don't need the money, so save yours!! read more
