The young lady who helped knew so much. She knew that the other shop has used the incorrect stubs, the stems were too short & the piercing had become infected. She cleaned my daughters ear & used the correct hardware. The male employee gave us their shop-made concoction for her to clean the piercing site, clear the infection, and avoid keloids. Then the piercing expert gave my daughter proper education on care. Not only do I hope their business stays around, but I hope they grow and prosper!
