The place is clean, you never wait in line, the tickets are the least expensive you will find anywhere. Contrary to other older reviews they DO take credit cards. Concessions are also much cheaper than in Kalispell. Sometimes you have the place all to your self. Tuesdays there is free popcorn. They don't have 3D, but I really don't like 3D. Don't visit the Flathead Valley in the summer without going to at least one. The talent that the ATP imports every summer, for our benefit, is amazing. Also, kudos to the hardworking local volunteers who raised millions to renovate the Central School Auditorium where Alpine Theatre Project resides. It was a rainy day in Whitefish so we spent the day reading, sitting in the hottub and sauna, so…read moreby the evening we were ready to get out and opted for the performance of a Dolly Parton tribute show in downtown Whitefish. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and parking was an issue. We had to walk about a block which would not have been an issue if it hadn't been raining. It was a small theater with about 250 seats. Well kept, clean with cheap drink and snack prices.. The woman who portrayed Dolly sang her songs and also told stories of Dolly's life, and explained the stories behind some of the 3000 songs she wrote. The musicians and back up singers were excellent. I'm not a huge Dolly fan of her music but it was a pretty good show. There was a small dance floor both up and downstairs and patrons dancing which was cool

Beyond the museum itself, which rotates shows/exhibitions regularly, the Hockaday Museum of Art is at the forefront of the art world in the Glacier Park, western, Montana history and contemporary art scene, here in Montana. They host: Arts in The Park, Plein air Glacier, artists retreats and a variety of youth art classes, to name a few. Along with their extensive list of contemporary artists who show their work at the Museum, they have a very impressive permanent collection. (Check their website or social media for exhibition dates and scheduled events). Better yet, stop-in and meet their welcoming and knowledgeable staff. As a member and a supporter of the museum, I highly encourage everyone, especially those in our small town community, to visit the museum, frequently check in to see what's new and find ways to get involved and support the many, many talented Montana artists!

Their milk is pasteurized, but not ultra pasteurized, so it's a little bit easier for individuals with mild lactose intolerance to enjoy. There is still lactase enzyme in the top layer of this creamery's milk. As for the available products, they sell all the usual milk varieties in pint and quart, and gallon varieties. They also sell whipping cream, ice cream (chocolate and vanilla), Greek (plain and honey) yogurt, and plain yogurt. Knick-knacks are also available - cereal bowls, glass dairy bottles, shirts, hats, and old milk truck replicas. We went to town and bought a ton of products, as the milk, yogurt, and ice cream tastes so much fresher than typical store-bought items. Part of the reason for this difference is that only their milk is going into the processing, so like some wine varietals, they have more control over the final product. Also, I love farms that treat their animals well... from what we observed, they were truly happy cows. They even came over to the fence and looked at us, so cute.
