The office staff is very kind, knowledgeable and effient. They were able to contact my insurance and get it set for the end of the year. Dr Melissa Pysnak is all of the above and much much more. I have never been in the hands of such a superior, remarkable and outstanding dentist. She is a patient and truly caring and kind person. My tooth was a two hour proceedure that was completed by Dr. Pysnak and the very competent medical staff. This was done with NO pain during or after the proceedure while I was watching My Greek Wedding on a overhead TV. I am overwhelmed wth gratitude for them. If you are looking for this kind of care look no further. Give them a call.

I have never written one of these before but had to. she bullied us into pano X-rays before and now tried to force us to do check up X-rays on my daughter who is in braces and just had some at the orthodontist. yes different kinds of X-rays but the ortho told us this would be okay for this year. so I said no X-rays and then she said well we cannot clean her teeth then. she has been seen every couple months by the ortho who would have seen something and she had her wires in. I might have given in but she was so so rude about it. she was also the one who forced us to do panos and said they can see cavities with them. but then why can they not use the pano the ortho did to detect X-rays. seems to me we were lied to in getting the pano. hi h was also the visit they didn't even have a dentist at all because he moved and the new one was there yet. so we felt like they needed to generate more money so forced the pano which is more expensive. her reasoning like I said was oh we can detect cavities and other things. so again why could our that they made money off of detect cavities but not the ones the ortho did. Her demeaning attitude and blasé care of us when I said we will be leaving the practice then said it all. oh and I was a dental assistant for 15 years so it isn't like I am stupid to dental needs. I get Idaho has something where you have to have them yearly but my daughter did have them. so bottom line I do not recommend this office because of the manager. that and every time I had a dental cleaning and I set mine up six months in advance I would be told they didn't have a hygienist that day and they didn't even try to make it work on a day I could do. then I finally did a date that wasn't good for me and got cancelled on again.

Brandy is so sweet and always does a great job cleaning my teeth. I drive from Eagle just to see them and will continue to do so. California traffic won't stop me from going to this office. Please don't believe the bad reviews, some people have nothing else to do but sit in their basement with their poodles and troll good businesses.

It's where family members have been going and it helped that their office was right down the road from my children school. So they could walk into an appointment after school and I could meet them there from work. It is a bit of the pain that they're only open Monday through Thursday but usually that's not a problem. It's more just that I'm a little forgetful and forget to call them sometimes when they're open. As my children have gotten older I want them to be more mindful to communicate with me about what happened when I wasn't there yet. I appreciate that my children are older and can tell me the gist of it themselves but I want the staff to be more communicative with me directly. I don't want the risk of like in the "telephone" game ha ha. There was an instance when I had a crown done and there was some miscommunication, I felt, about the projected cost versus the actual cost and when I brought it up to them they were understanding and they worked with me.

Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. Not sure why they make appointments and then book many at the same time. VERY EXPENSIVE. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000. So, although I love them personally, I will not be going back and nor do I recommend them to anyone that is not full of money and in no hurry.

Ruined everything. I'll stay for everything but the DENTIST. Dentist that saw me 0 stars, everyone else 5 stars. The owner should teach a class in patient care that includes not being rude and making the patient feel like an inconvenience for the dentist.
