Let me start with how wonderful the staff and dentist were. My crown came back with the best f it I've ever had, no gap between the tooth and the crown, like it never happened. Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. Not sure why they make appointments and then book many at the same time. VERY EXPENSIVE. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000. So, although I love them personally, I will not be going back and nor do I recommend them to anyone that is not full of money and in no hurry. read more

Autumn was wonderful at check and for the care plan, the young lady that did my X-rays was kind, and the dental hygienist that went over my cleaning plan was great. My problem that ruined the whole visit is that I went in for a broken tooth and there was zero compassion or attempt to help. Just a careless "we don't do that on fridays or Saturdays" answer. Ruined everything. I'll stay for everything but the DENTIST. Dentist that saw me 0 stars, everyone else 5 stars. The owner should teach a class in patient care that includes not being rude and making the patient feel like an inconvenience for the dentist. read more

They do not take Medicade they web site is wrong they wanted $1800 down tooth was infected no med they did not charge this visit. Then told had to go to a different dentist and that one does not take Medicade either read more

Made an appointment for my husband for an infected tooth, and to discuss removal, all of the office staff were amazing the assistants were kind and friendly, my issue as well as my husband's was when the dentist came in he was speaking to my husband like a child and audibly sighing and sounding very angry, was really rough when looking at his mouth and very short and sharp. read more

Everyone here was absolutely amazing! Had a very painful abscess in my gums, but they were not on my insurance network so they took care of me to get some comfort and will send records when I find a permanent provider. They took time to explain what treatment I will need down the road and didn't charge me anything. The staff were great and wish I could continue with them! This office is ridiculous...I went in April to have someone look into my problem root canal. I went into an exam room, waited and was shuffled to get x-rays. The computer was down, so that didn't happen, they apologized and took me back to the exam room. A Dentist came in, stood in the doorway, asked what I was here for, told him root canal, and he immediately told me I need to go to appointment desk and make an appointment with a specialist. WHAT!!! So no exam was done. Yet, I have been billed for a comprehensive exam, $75. And they billed my insurance for x-rays and got paid for them....yet my part is the $75. I have been calling the office regarding the bill and promised they would make sure I wasn't billed. Well it is now August, and four bills later and at least five phone calls to them and now it is saying "Account Final Notice". These people are stupid!!! I have talked to at least three different people and all said "Don't worry, we will make sure you are not billed for it." This office is incompetent!!!! DON'T GO THERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! What a great dental office, from the staff to Dr. Sung. Everyone there is super friendly and the doctor was awesome. They honestly treat you like family, not just a patient. I was very impressed and I do not like going to the dentist. I will now make sure I do my biannual So I will start by saying I'm not a dentist person. Today I went in for a double crown fix on two back teeth . Dr Sung is absolutely the best dentist I have been to in my 58 years. After about an 1 1/2 hours my temp crowns are awesome and absolutely no pain. I must say that everyone from the front receptionist to his dental assistants are amazing. If you want a dentist who is not only very skilled at his work and just a nice guy. Dr Sung is your guy if I could I would give him a 10 star rating Thank you sir you are awesome read more

The dentist himself did a GREAT Job. Although the front counter person was very rude at the time of both visits. So rude in fact I felt more comfortable seeking care elsewhere. A true testament, that good help is hard to find...what a huge waste of my valuable time. My saga continues, after my last three reviews and disappointment of Aspen Dental and a call from corporate it is my desire to be done with Aspen. After I initiated my money back guarantee they said they would do so. With caution and clearly asking how my money would be returned or the portion as it refers to the dentures the office manager Malory said she would request a check to be sent directly to me. To be clear I asked the same question ending with the check would be sent to me correct, yes, well it was not and not only did they send it to Care Credit to a company I have no balance on my account. Now I set waiting to receive my money after a long conversation that did not need to happen because Aspen did the opposite of what was stated to me again. Aspen has some real issues, and I am so disappointed by the owner "Dr," staff and corporate as I rarely heard for the same people which seems to be the normal method of operations. One last thing, I felt having the lab and personnel on-site would-be advantage. I was wrong I have never in any purchase in my life go so wrong. This will hopefully end my contact and any other promises that can't be made when at their request to return my dentures, so-so very disappointed!! read more

I have been dealing with the office staff at the Monaca location over the past four months attempting to correct a incorrect balance. I have been placed on hold numerous times, only to be assured the manager would call me back within the week. I was told only the manager would be able to provide me with a full explication of the discrepancy of the balance. After leaving my name, phone number and account name, no return phone call from the manager were ever received. However, after receiving numerous automated messages from the Dental office reminding me of the remaining (disputed) balance, I reached out for a fourth time to Kellie, one of the office staff at that location. She had spoken with me several times and was well aware of the billing error and disputed balance. Kellie again assured me that the local manager was contacting the main office asking that they write off the remaining balance, acknowledging the billing error their office had created by miscoding the proper procedure In December I was told the majority of the disputed balanced was being written off, and I could now pay the small remaining balance. While waiting for the adjusted bill reflecting the correct agreed upon balance, I instead received a notice from a collection agency!! Clearly their office staff and billing staff do not communicate either!! I will never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone read more
