It was covered in slush and road salt, Customer service offered no remedy and a weak apology. It seems they could have covered it or waited till spring to bring back. Also, we recently called customer service because the brake handle broke off. After no response after several hours we contact the main office. We were told it would take several weeks before service we could get it serviced. When the Cazenovia NY location was locally owned we had excellent service.

They had from Sept until April to get a permit as our lakehouse is closed during the winter. But nothing, no permit. They said the city wouldn't respond and the city said they didn't contact them. In the spring I decided to get the permit myself. I asked for a refund for the extra we paid for the permit, but they refused since we went through Home Depot. I finally get the permit, the city said it's in the mail and I have a case number and I can go ahead. But these people said no. We need the actual permit. A week later the city emailed it to Tuff and myself and still, they refuse to schedule an appointment for deliver my shed. They still have the shed, we have paid 3/4th of the price. Not sure what I can do. Maybe better business bureau?? This has been a stressful experience and I'd recommend to stay far away from this company.

Replaced an 18 year old 36" Kitchenaid range with a new Kitchenaid range. Delivery and…read moreinstallation was timely and went smoothly. Matt, Carson and Shane delivered/installed the new range and could not do more to assure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. Very happy with their service. Unfortunately the new range requires a 50 amp breaker and 8 gauge wiring. Our old range was wired with 10 gauge and a 30 amp breaker. An electrician has been contacted to rewire. Recommend you check the appliance requirements BEFORE delivery and installation. Can't use new oven until electrician requires.
