I had to run to the garden center for something, and had the opposite experience. The staff member manning the entrance greeted me when I came in, and helped me find the item I was looking for. The aisles are a little wacky and he wasn't able to direct me perfectly, and I had to do some wandering and scrounging. Still, he was so nice and at least seemed willing to help, which is more service than I usually get in these kinds of big box home stores. Chancy was great about including me along the way about any multiple choice decisions that could be made, as a homeowner I greatly appreciate that inclusion in the process while not having to watch over them. The whole team seemed to be enjoying each other and having fun, what sounded like me typical banter of co-workers and friends, while remaining respectful to my home.
